I've seen Nortes get set up by both parties Bloods and Crips. There is no Alliances only suckers who allow themselves to get played and killed. I gave a hitter to a foe, all love, but when I needed one back " crickets" left me to get killed or so they thought. When it came back around the foe asked for some hitters again. Nope can't do it.
