I’ve been using Reed, he does 10% very reliably even at 350 health. The evade is awesome with the weakness and you just don’t end up blocking because of the rhythm you get with the suppression up. Maestro, Kang, Thanos, doesn’t matter haha

@@bittersteel7362 yeah for sure. When you’re ramped, you get your 9 debuffs + 5 weakness + careful study, the evade is over 80% chance and inequity and reed’s physical resist definitely helps.
What’s great as well is that because the careful study passives are cross fights, you don’t always need to re ramp them. They last for 5 fights so even after your team mates run through, you still have them up. (75% hit damage reduction on that special attack is nice for everyone as well, although when the boss gets their fury and such, it doesn’t matter what damage reduction they have :/)
I like applying his pre fight debuffs too, suppression and debuff siphon specifically help a lot of champs deal more DOT debuff damage and stay more aggressive.

It depends on your alliance’s prestige whether an R4 can do it reliably. If your alliance is fighting a map with lower difficulty opponents then yeah, but she’d struggle here

Only issue is “Titania almost hits the damage cap but doesn’t because I started the fight at one medium’s worth of damage below the 10% Cap” doesn’t have the same ring to it 🙃
