Good question! I highly recommend using banana ketchup for this dish to achieve that distinct Filipino pork chops flavor. But if you don't have banana ketchup, I would only use 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup instead of 2. I would also add 1/2 tbsp of brown sugar to balance the sourness of the tomato ketchup. Hope that helps😃
