How did I get my first job as an IMG?

Sometimes luck helps but hard work always pays off.
My first job as an IMG was a combination of both with hardwork playing 90% role and 10% of pure luck and at the time which was desparate both finiancially and emotionally

The better your experience easier to find a job… exams do NOT matter all that much
