Blessings and respect to this officer and his K9 partner. Thank you to them both for serving their community and all the law enforcement who put their lives on the line to keep people safe.
Love to see people actually partnering with an animal, not just using them disinterestedly. Radar is a cared about part of the team, and the officer treats him that way.
@Roddy556 Interesting. You never know how far reaching the actions you make in the world will become. Like the guy who put the idea out there that dogs felt more secure being kept shut into crates. That false premise has led to countless cases of misery and neglect all because ppl decided the rationale was convenient, and normalized it for the public without a thought to the consequences.
I watch these two everyday because they are hilarious. Radar acts like he is starving when we all know he is very well fed. I like it when Radar tries to steal his partners food while his partner is trying to eat😂
Officers. Keeping your community safe is of utmost importance. But what I enjoyed the most is how you both shared your food, from eating from the chopsticks, to taking a bite from the same donut. That to me shows your love for your fur partner. Thank you from🇨🇦 for sharing.
I'd guess a lot of people share food and maybe eating utensils with their pets. I do. But I wouldn't with most other humans or animals. It shows we consider ourselves to be family when we share like that.
Watching this with my cat. She’s looking at me like, “yeah, see that?! Where’s MY donut?! I’m calling the ASPCA, I deserve better.” Very cute dog, he’s so happy his human shares the yummy food stuffs with him!!
That is just too cute!! I love it, what people don't realize is that animals are people to. So are the policemen that serve us, and I want to thank them both for their service.
@@gdedmonds2001That's right...they're not humans. They are not evil, not untrustworthy, not insincere, not deceptive, not cruel. Instead, animals, but dogs in particular, are the best of what we, humans, can only aspire to be.
You’re absolutely bonded, you’re my favorite team. Although I thank you and Radar for your service and entertainment, I thank all persons and K-9 for your service. My dad is retired Denver PD I have always felt a part of the law enforcement family. Love you guys. Please be safe you all hold a special place in my heart ❤💟✝️😊🥨🍿🐾🦴. Heroes to me.
The two of you are amazing. What a great video to share. You honor all law enforcement. I hope all parents watching this share it with their children. Thank you and be safe while keeping us safe.
I love the fact that you show your human side and that you care for your partner like a true life partner. You are truly bad a blank blank blank first responder heroes
Oh my goodness that birthday shot! Absolutely adorable what a beautiful senior dog he is those little white hairs on his face 🥰, what a partnership, love how they share the same utensils 😂. I hope they stay safe and Radar eventually gets to retire and live out his days with his lovely police buddy. Thank you for all you do keeping us safe.
I never miss a new episode of Radar sharing a meal with Officer O’Reilly! It makes my day! And it makes my husband see I don’t give my dog any people food compared to Radar! 😂🐾💜🐾💜
Oh I’m glad I found this! It’s nice to see them out of the car, we’re used to seeing Radar’s head fly out of the door for his snackie 😂 We the followers, just love watching them, it certainly puts a smile on your face 😊 and some laughs 😂 Yes, he gets snacks from all over the world, really cool! And for the people asking, Radar will be retiring with Sarge O’Reilly ❤❤❤
Awwww how adorable. I'm sending much love an light from Wendi in Charlestown Indiana...I'm such a huge fan of all service animals especially the police an military working doggos.
Been following Radar and his partner for a long time. I have to say this videos of their snack time shows the bond between these two. So glad to know that, at 10 years old, Radar is still working. Praying for their safety as they support their community.💙
I think that's so cool that the officer wants us to see that police are people too. I know I'm not the only one who generally experiences officers who are very standoffish, as if everyone is a suspect, even if you just say hello. Nice to see one that doesn't view the world in that way!
You really can’t fault that as officers put their lives on the line literally every day they wake up, so unfortunately they just can’t let their guard down. This here is a good example of a more relaxed officer sharing his love of food with his fellow officer, but it’s his job to protect himself and his dog at all times with every interaction so they can go home and eat more 😊.
But does Radar love his toy more than waffle fries?? I think not! 😂 We (the followers) love our daily snack dose of these two! Brings so much joy to many! ❤
Please stay safe out there, SGT O’Reily and K9 Radar!!!! You two are simply adorable and deserve of attention that you both are getting now having been such amazing protectors of your community! I hope K9 Radar gets to retire soon, because he’s a bit up there in age to still be working. 💕💕💕💕💕
My daughter had a medical episode (seizure) while out walking, her phone ping was misinterpreted (it happens, she was in a wood) and it was dark and raining. We thought she would be in that area because it was her usual route in woods behind our house. The (UK) police were fantastic! They put the helicopter up and eventually found her. She was so ill she was unresponsive to the helicopter directly above her. They could see she was warm, but needed immediate help. The K9 and her handler were first to reach her. The dog bit her rear end...that brought her around. They didn't wait for the ambulance, she was transported to hospital by the police. Once she'd stopped having seizures she kept saying a dog bit her. We thought it was the drugs. Nope. She was incredibly upset and we had to tell her repeatedly K9's are searching and once found, they might nip you. They can't be trained to know a good person from a bad person. She said she needed a picture of the bite mark, because she was going to have it tattooed when she was better. Thankfully that was the drugs. Thank you to the brave K9's and their handlers.
All first responders need big hugs and bigger raises. What people who have never needed or participated in emergency services need to realize, is what they have seen and experienced through 9 years together, and how much joy they still have for life, not to mention how many are actually volunteer.
I’m so in love with K9 Radar♥️♥️♥️ !!! As you put your lives on the line for us, we send you protection and love your way, thank you for working tirelessly to ensure our safety, often putting your life at risk we are truly grateful!!! My sweet courageous boy and sergeant O’Reilly please stay safe you are in my prayers have a beautiful and blessed week!!!🙏🙏🙏🙏🇺🇸🐕💙💙💙💙🐾🐾🐾🍖🍖
Radar is precious. Look at that big, beautiful face, those wise eyes! He looks real good for his age, God bless him. Malinois are highly intelligent, energetic, and protective of their owner. Thank you Officer for taking such good care of this sweet angel. More than partners, kindred spirits. Be safe, God protect you both.
I pray this beautiful, 4 legged angel (because that's what dogs are, literally) stays safe, healthy & gets to enjoy his years of retirement with his partner 🙏💜🙏
I mean every once in a while it’s not that big of a deal and I’m sure bc he’s a police dog who needs to stay fit he doesn’t get human food every day and it’s monitored by his dad. Radar is also nearly 10 which for a dog of his breed is getting up there but based on his body condition how muscular he is that’s definitely not a dog who constantly eats a lot of human food, there’s a lot of physical activity involved too.
My oldest dog is almost 14(had her since I was 12,I’m now 26)years old(I’m of the opinion that just like when a human hits their 70s or 80s and should eat whatever they want a dog can as well once they hit a certain point)and whilst I still give her her kibble to ensure she gets nutrients she loves other things that I will give her which includes wet food, chicken broth, chicken nuggets, turkey and occasionally a little bit of vanilla ice cream(as she continues getting older I will give her whatever she wants to eat as long as it’s safe)I also add things like turmeric, dill and sage to all 3 of my pups food to make it taste good but also to help joints and muscles.
Many thanks to Officer O'Reilly and Radar for keeping the community safe!
Are you kidding me .... a donut eating cop dog.... doesn't get better for a community than that!
Pawsome ❤️

There's nothing more attractive than a man in uniform who has a sense of humor and is kind to animals....what a pair of guys....love them both!
Yup. Fell in love with both at that burrito chomp😂😂
Love to see people actually partnering with an animal, not just using them disinterestedly. Radar is a cared about part of the team, and the officer treats him that way.
All of them are these days. They have to be to work well together.
There was a neat RCMP manual from the 1920's that said sled and tracking dogs respond well to kindness and should be treated accordingly.

I'm sure some people think it's cute to take bites from the same donut, BUT this is a dog, which means he licks his butt. Just sayin.
