The items the trader has does not depend on the game stage but on the trader stage. The trader stage is calculated like this: player level * (1 + quest tier level) + (daring adventurer skill lev * 10) so at level 25 and doing tier 3 quests and no points in Daring Adventurer, you are at trader stage 100 the stages to remember for vehicles are 25, 50, 75, 100 and 150. At 25 you start seeing minibike parts, at 50 you see full minibike and parts for motorcycle, 75 full motorcycle and parts for 4*4, 100 you have full 4*4 and parts for gyro and at 150 you can see a full gyro
Thanks for sharing! When working on the video I did research into how Trader stage works but couldn't fully understand it so I appreciate the description. :)
I saw this crazy TH-camr naturally get a gyrocopter on day 20. Idk how he rushed it so fast but dude had a gyro before a motorcycle or 4x4. Dude went from bicycle to minibike to gyro naturally. I’m assuming he must have grinded missions crazy. 😂
@@nelsonjackson5718 maybe I’m wrong, but I noticed it was in the wasteland. I don’t know the rng loot pools, but I would be willing to bet if he didn’t rush the perks to make it naturally he definitely found maybe a whole one🤣 either way it cracked me up
If you make an intelligence build, put skill points in Grease Monkey early, know witch house has a lot of books and bookcases, and on top of that use the nerd armor, you can get the 100 books very fast. After that it's just getting the steel you need to build it.
I am now at a point where i looted all crack a books on the map, but still only have like 20 vechicle crafting skill.. And as far as i am aware these crack a book locations dont really respawn their loot either (unless you find them in a quest, which i can't)
i tried something new and picked up the vehicle expert perk and every single time i got a yellow loot bag it would give me 3-5 vehicle books! i highly recomennd this is youre trying to level it up.
I had a gyrocopter after about 4 days, easy i crafted it. Just gotta find 100 books and you gotta have a crucible for your forge. You can buy the crucible or craft one if you have read enough forged books. Not hard to get vehicles. Just gotta keep grinding. You also find more vehicle magazines if you put your skills points in the right place
After 4 days??? How? XD I feel like that's way too quick haha, I've only just recently got the Gyro & that's after 30 days but I did take things slow & didn't really focus on getting magazines that much
I have all 100 books n crafted the gyrocopter but after a while any gas powered vehicles I use for some reason freeze the game, hopefully it's not just me cause I like using the gyrocopter
@@retrogamermx5380 that’s what i was about to say, killed a dire wolf 2-3 days ago and got a 4x4 chassis out of it, i’m maybe 2-3 books away from the motorcycle 😂

How do you see which trader stage you are on?
@@dominicbrosch615 you do not see the trader stage you can only calculate it. the info I gave here was from XML files from the game

Mix of that and min maxing skills
Probably also turned up his loot in the settings.

I do play 120 minute days with loot abundance + xp gain at 200 %.
