I don't care for the automatic leveling. It uses mercury switches and is too jumpy and unpredictable at times. I prefer the manual leveling option. One of our operators actually had the automatic leveling inaccurately compensate on a hill when he went to turn around. He was slowing down and it adjusted incorrectly and it rolled over on it's side. Other than some slightly damaged fiberglass, we set it back up and continued on. Other than that, it's a great machine. Actually leaves a very nice cut considering it is a rotary cutter (bush hog) style blade setup.
nice but you know that thing is super expensive
is so great how much does it cost (i figured out)...... this thing sucks assss!!!
how does it turn around on the hill at the end of a mow run?

I used to work on these at Brookside Equipment when they first came out. The city of Conroe Texas bought one.
You would start either two ways, from the top and turn downhill onto the next run, or from the bottom, and turn uphill onto the next run.

I worked on these machines back in 2000 when their biggie was a ATM 144! I worked at a dealership that carried these, and they were marvels then, and are looking even better now! In 2000, they had no cab, just an open air ROPS. Also, only had two drive wheels, in line like a bike. Man I miss those things!!
I don't understand why you would even want to mow a slope like that, no one will ever use it

I guess you have never driven down an interstate hwy. They don't use goat's to mow them.
