Hi . I convert a motor from 3phase 400v to single phase . It works but it runs for about 20sec and shut down is there any advice you can give me thanks.
There is no a single phase motor over 3 horse power or 2.2 kilo watt say two point two.In your example the 100 mf run capacitor gets warm over a few second then will be exploded.Even not using it is still ok and motor continues to run.
An alternative is to use your brain for once and purchase a one phase to three phase converter, this gives you the option to vary the speed of your motor as well. If you do not have a brain then use your smartphone as everyone else doe’s nowadays
Thank you very much, you explain it better than all the video's, ❤❤❤
Very clear and understandable, thank you
Excellent sir! Thanks for sharing!
Great information! Thanks!
Do this metode works in a star conection too? Thanks in aticipation
Good job ! , thanks for your video

I have motor 3kw 1500rpm 50hz. What capacitor uf for CD RUN and CBB START the motor work on 220v. CD Run 300UF and CBB 100UF it's ok?
It is helpful thank you!
Sir 2hp 3 phase motor run on singal phase 220 volt on load this method?
Very useful thanks

I have a 3phase 7.5 motor I need help to get it started please help
I can’t understand how this works as the phase difference between A and N on single phase is 180 degrees not 120 as in a 3 phase supply ?
The capacitor causes the voltage to lag current . Unlike pole shading which lags the field

There are many single phase motors up to 7 1/2 hp.
Just buy VFD's i remember a shop here burned out
Please...
Sneaky, create a phase shift.
The voice is offal. very artificial, lacks charm.

Lol what bs how can you use a start cap on a 3 phase motor
By torquing the third leg. ( static phase converter).
Yes you can but is not optimal and power is lower because wire of coils different
