As an electrician myself I think you did a good job . Instead of using two switch’s for the speed , try use a 3 way selector switch . Punch a 20mm hole and done . Or maybe a cool little project for the future ,install a little hmi and control the motor and speed . Change the parameter to rs 485. Good job though .
