My grandfather marched on Rome . I’m grandson of US 5th Army infantryman. I got picture of him when they liberated Rome!!!

Where is your first aid pouch, its supposed to be on the front right side of your LBE Belt

Your canteen should be on your right back and your first aid should be on your first two holes
