Thank you so much for the great video. I am thinking about a retired home in Canada. This sounds pretty good 👍
Thank you! St. Albert is a great community for retirees! Several great retirement complexes as well as adults only bungalow communities!
Great video Annette!!
Thank you!! You're a tough act to follow!! 😀
Haha thank you!😇 Can't wait to see your next one! @@stalbertrealtor
Sad to see St Albert turn into an expensive over crowded big town. It's like a little Edmonton.
All the people that grew up there seem to have all left.... wonder why ?
I tend to find a lot of people who grew up in St. Albert stay around here! I just met my new neighbours who are retirees, they grew up in St. Albert and just moved back!
Thank you for efforts very good video
Thank you for watching :)
Good review. I love living in St Albert :)
Thank you! Me too!
It would be better when we get a new Mayor and council
Love it !!! Good job!!!
Thank you so much Esther!!
My family and I want to move to St. Albert this summer and we are looking for a house to buy.
That’s excellent! I’d love to help you navigate buying a home here!
I've been interested in St. Albert! But I don't have any family there and I'd be moving as a single person~ I love the slow life and suburbs. Do you recommend St. Albert for a single person?
Hi!
I don’t have very much extended family here but have found it very easy to make new friends! Actually easier than other cities I’ve lived.
If you’re looking to build a community here I would suggest joining a group - some off the top of my head are: curling, cross country skiing, a spin class, there are several different art groups, on Facebook there are a couple of different coffee meetups and even a millennial women’s group that meets up periodically!
@@stalbertrealtor Thanks so much!! this is super helpful ☺️ I'll look more into some of these~ Hoping to visit St. Albert some time soon:))
That's awesome! @@nikkian9254
My girlfriend and I are expecting and going to make the move from jasper In July :)
That's so awesome! I love Jasper! What has inspired your move??
Congratulations on the baby! Is it your first?
@@stalbertrealtor thank you !!! And I've lived in jasper my whole life, it's just going to be too expensive for us to stay. More jobs near st albert, cheaper rent and more access to supplies !!
Totally get it! And still close enough to visit Jasper whenever you want! @@Chase499
@@Chase499 Hey Chase! How are things shaping up for your move?
must like cold
St Albert is a francophone community and Anglos are looked down on!
How about taxes, they seems a lot more than other communities around.
Hi! Yes they are a little higher than surrounding cities. The tax rate in Edmonton is 0.9% and in St. Albert it is 1.1%. You can check out my next video where I break down the costs of living in St. Albert : th-cam.com/video/OJuxfezg0YQ/w-d-xo.html
@@stalbertrealtor any chance you would do a video about Fortsasketchewan , Alberta

What is that accent? 🧐
I’m from the east coast of Canada!
Ahh. You sounded American. I know Nova Scotia and St Albert well. Lived in both. Now in Toronto. Gotta get out. 😉
Nice! A lot of people tell me that actually. I'm originally from Newfoundland :) Yes come back to Alberta! Still affordable to live here with lots of growth happening! @@elterrifico9522

Yeshua Hamashiach is God in the flesh, the Son of God, the Word of God, and he died so that you may be presented blameless in the sight of the Father. And so you may inherit his kingdom. The LORD Yeshua Hamashiach is the only way to the Father and his kingdom. Repent of your sins, turn to Yeshua and accept him into your life as your LORD and Savior before it's too late, every day is not guaranteed.
John 14:6
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father except through Me.
May God bless you all.
No Thanks no interest in Alberta.
That's too bad! Where do you currently call home?
