I hope you guys gave him a discount for messing up the light mounts on his trailer. Funny how the one guy blocked the view of the camera of some of the damage. The goal is to not do any more damage than is already there. Bad hook points. Be safe guys.

The metal we hooked on to was rusted out. We explained that it was not good before we put our chains on. Also without the proper lighting some footage was lost where it was addressed. Ultimately, the lights did still work properly and the customer left satisfied.

hey mark i was the operator on this recovery. this trailer was the worse trailer i have ever encoutered i honestly couldnt believe it was even holding together. the 2 hook points i had decided to use would either rip out or bend the lights. so we took the less of 2 evils and explained to the driver. we attempted to fix it but it was in bad shape. he did leave with working lights on both sides. thanks for the comment and stay safe out there

@@BTNolan I'm out here on the west coast so we don't deal with vehicles in that bad of shape most of the time. Without seeing the whole picture, being dark, it would be hard to really say I could have done differently. I subscribed and will keep watching.
