I ain’t mad at ya for your love for Ralph! He’s a badass turtle and my second favorite of the brothers. But I’m Leo for life as he’s the most ninja of the brothers and leans all the way in to the Japanese culture of his father Splinter.

This seems to be the closest we'll get to the 2003 TMNT series. Everyone always talks about the 80's TMNT, but myself and many others like me grew up with the 2003 series and movie. Either way, nice review!
If you worked on this figures, that's awesome you guys did great. I think aside from the hand thing, I praised this figure and spoke highly of it. Even with that information, I still don't feel like the hands are different enough.
We'll get it. Nice we got the NECA version of that look. And I'm sure they'll eventually make a non arcade looking version. It's the only video game figure I have, but the paint scheme doesn't bother me too much on it. That original figure did come with some badass weapons.
If you bust out those brown weapons from the rack and set him up with them, it hits so many nostalgia buttons to see it on a shelf. Definitely recommend.

Just so happened to stumble onto this line today and was buzzing all over the internet seeing how many waves they did so far and if I can still snag them which I can. Really like your review might have to get into collecting this line very very cool stuff seems to me lighting my collecting fire which I haven’t felt in quit a few years. Great job again!!
Great review Unparalleled! I was on the fence as well but figured I'd grab the first wave and try them out. After seeing a few reviews I think I'm probably down for the main crew but thats about it. I'm really ready for a company to give us a full on ab-crunch for the turtles. I know its a shell and all but that didn't stop them in any cartoons or comics, lol.

Awesome review of my favorite turtle. I don't know how I missed this one. Maybe because it was posted on my birthday. I'm looking forward to these figures. They are pricey but they scale alright with NECA and I like the sculpts on the Super 7 turtles themselves. I just got Casey Jones the other day and am not disappointed. I'll be mixing and matching these lines.

Looks great but the knees and elbows are pretty limited, basically no rock to the ankles, head barely moves up and down, and ZERO ab-crunch. He's alright for me since I've never had a Casey Jones and he looks pretty much like he did in the comics. I just wish I could get him in a decent crouched pose.

So on BBTS they still have these for sale. I noticed they have Raphael and Splinter but then they also have Raphael and Splinter Variants. What's the difference? I was told it was a difference in paint colors but do the Variants have improved leg joints?
I bought these. For the similar reason. & easier to obtain vs. neca. But lately I’ve seen the prices of Leo & him fluctuate from $54 - $205. But these high ones are obviously scalpers fishing. Research before you buy. I’m glad I got him @. Cost. But you can find him affordable don’t feed. The. Scalpers. Ps. These gave me the same excited feeling of finding him as the originals. In my city these. Guys were impossible to find

I like it! Only real complaint is shadowing on the head. Looks like he’s been rubbing his beak in a chimney. Or huffing on a muffler to get high! Hmm, DAMN!
Just got home for leave and had to mess with my S7 Raphael and saw that it came with all gripping hands. Thought mine came with an error set of extra set of gripping hands. Wonder why that was? Anyways, awesome review
The more I watch these Super7 TMNT reviews, the more Im happy that I ordered all 4 turtles last night. I’ll be using those alternate heads for sure. I just wish that the elbows and knees were double jointed, as well as having a few more hand options. I would love to have a set that looked more like the original TMNT versions. The design itself on these are okey, but I kind of wish that the wrist, elbow and knee decos were brown, and that they had a third optional head for all 4 that had red bandanas, just like on the original designs. Im only getting the 4 turtles though. I already collect way too much crap to dive fully committed into any more lines.
I’d kinda like someone to do the Turtles with the soft rubber whatever thing McFarlane used for Todoroki, Johnny Silverhand, Arkham Joker, and the upcoming Robin.
When an online company (like ToyWiz) puts in an order for say 200 of these (then they get released), like how long does it take for them to get theirs. Just weird since you'd think stuff like this would be shipping out already from other places that ordered them. I guess they're made in batches instead of all at once...even though Super7 knew long ago how many were pre-ordered lol. And don't get me started on ThunderCats. Sellers in the US already have theirs, but customers that ordered directly from them still don't have 'em. Plus I got an email saying there's some issues with Jackalman and Panthro. Super7 said we'll be getting corrected versions at no extra cost. So does that mean we'll end up with two of each...who knows.
Thundercats- I CANCELLED MINE LAST WEEK. THEIR EXCATLY THE SAME AS THE Matty Collector Figs, from A few years back! Did You know that? They're literally Re-colors, some of which have A new secondary head sculpt. *[Super 7] Thundercats our A Total RIP-OFF!* Thus they should of been out A few months after the NYCTF At the latest. Because the Thundercat template (for this initial S7 Wave) is 99% pre-existing.

I've gotten so many emails from Super7 they're almost out, they're on their way here, they're here, etc. I ordered directly from them and still no shipping notice. Yet I got an email today saying Ren & Stimpy are in their way...but that's been the second time they've told me that.

Unparalleled Universe just rewatched on Netflix twice. The first movie is still epic. The second upon rewatch was kinda lame. The third I haven’t seen in years but loved as a kid. Idk the turtles are classics their figures always just come at a premium price point. I’d recommend reading the Batman/TMNT crossover comics. Those are great.
Can’t wait to get mine! I think I’ll stick to the turtles only with super7 tho I can’t jump down both rabbit wholes collecting tmnt my wallet will definitely resent me ... but a Casey Jones, Usagi Yojimbo or Mondo Geko may make me change my mind 🤔🤔🤔

I had to get into this line because you have this He-Man and the Thundercats all in the same scale........how can anyone pass on these especially if you grew up around these eras.
You know a part of me wishes that McFarlane Toys could get the license for TMNT, make the original comic turtles so it's easier to get again, make some of the crazy & different toys made back in the day, Archie Comics characters and 2003 series for example. Just try to make figures from TMNT stuff that both NECA and Super7 haven't tried doing yet if ever. They could make uniquely designed figures of the turtles and other characters like Casey Jones, Shredder, Bebop & Rocksteady, Metalhead, Slash, Tokka & Rahzar, Usagi Yojimbo and others. With the DC license McFarlane Toys has, they could make Lantern Corps Turtles or Playmates inspired crazy variation turtles and other characters with the other licenses they have access to. It would also be cool and funny to see a Spawn Turtle! I'm just thinking on how the DC Multiverse figures have been getting better and better with articulation, engineering and quality. Especially the White Knight wave and the new announced waves as of this post. The huge improvements they've been making and coupled with the pricing at $20 to $25 just makes me wish they could get a crack at it!

hidden and functional joints are a must for high end collector figures. Super7 did an awesome job with this.

Yeah, gripping the center blade is an iconic thing. Plus some ppl don't notice that one pair of hands have the 'roll of the dice' style articulation.
I was about to mention that. Kinda obvious thing to miss since the 2nd pair of hands are so similar

Yeah they do good with the turtles. I’m torn on Casey Jones, he looks cool but it doesn’t seem like he’s fun to mess around with

I had to get into this line because you have this He-Man and the Thundercats all in the same scale........how can anyone pass on these especially if you grew up around these eras.

You know a part of me wishes that McFarlane Toys could get the license for TMNT, make the original comic turtles so it's easier to get again, make some of the crazy & different toys made back in the day, Archie Comics characters and 2003 series for example.
Just try to make figures from TMNT stuff that both NECA and Super7 haven't tried doing yet if ever.
They could make uniquely designed figures of the turtles and other characters like Casey Jones, Shredder, Bebop & Rocksteady, Metalhead, Slash, Tokka & Rahzar, Usagi Yojimbo and others.
With the DC license McFarlane Toys has, they could make Lantern Corps Turtles or Playmates inspired crazy variation turtles and other characters with the other licenses they have access to. It would also be cool and funny to see a Spawn Turtle!
I'm just thinking on how the DC Multiverse figures have been getting better and better with articulation, engineering and quality. Especially the White Knight wave and the new announced waves as of this post. The huge improvements they've been making and coupled with the pricing at $20 to $25 just makes me wish they could get a crack at it!

Ok dude not gonna lie I’ve been completely avoiding all the TMNT stuff that’s been coming out just due to all the issues everyone’s had with availability and the original cartoon was just a tad bit before my time but you’ve completely sold me on these super seven turtles just because they remind me so much of the original figures that I had and honestly the second heads remind me of the 03 turtles which were my shit but I’m gonna start out by buying a much better turtle than Raph first 🤮 Leo is the leader for a reason dawg, facts are facts bro

Yep. They shipped out the other week for ppl that ordered directly from Super7. For those like me that ordered from another place (and didn't wanna pay upfront), we're still waiting. You can still pre-order Raph, it'll just cost you a bit more than retail.
