The motion sickness answer makes me really happy. I feel like a lot of games held back for fear of people getting sick but lately we've been seeing more devs embracing the freedom of vr
for real. I recommend going all in on VR. if it makes you sick. play other games until you get your VR legs.
People are just too dumb and too weak, motion-sickness goes away if people just play..
First month of VR (many many many years ago), I got horribly motion sick, but I played every day till I couldn't stand it, then took a break and went back the same day or next day.
It goes away.

A bit unfortunate that there was no answer regarding open world. But I guess if it's on Quest it cannot be.

To answer your question on length if you weren’t notified on it, the game is going to be about a morning long, 12 whole hours.
Yeah they quoted that but I’ll be the judge once I see and play more.
I’m forever taking way longer to finish games and only play in two-three hour sessions most of the time, so I’ll probably savor it over a couple of weeks 😂
I really took my time exploring every nook and cranny and soaking in AC: Nexus, for example.
Hopefully there will be a replayable game mode like a dungeon mode or survival.
Been looking forward to play a blade and sorcery game with a campaign, this looks like it!!!
Yeah! And, the actual Blade and Sorcery is about to fully release 1.0 with a "crystal hunt," campaign or pseudo-campaign and a bunch of oth3r stuff.
AND they're working on A NEW GAME.

From what I understand there is likely at least 4 Behemoths in the game. The quest store description talks about 4 unique areas. There might be a final 5th tho, at least I hope. It also says that we might be fighting a Behemoth in “on the ground, in the air, and in the clouds.” Implying one of the behemoth may be a flying one, like Phalanx from SOC. Which sounds awesome!

Like you I just hope that the game will be lenghty, that there will be more than the 2 Behemoths we saw in the trailer, and that the game won't be too much held down by mobile headsets, thought they managed to make games with the scale of Asgard's Wrath 2 running on Quest 2&3, so I guess it's not that big of an issue.
I think there are 4+ maybe a huge final boss
@@virusbebola Yes, heard this in Wes video, it sounds pretty cool considering that those fights are apparently quite lenghty and that there are also human-scale mid bosses. Finishing the game apparently takes 10-12 hours, and I hope that there will be some replayability with different difficulty levels and/or additional modes. It looks really promising!

That could be really awesome! Or maybe sequels. Saints and Sinners 2 has some bugs, but a lot of people like it. Maybe they will do a 3rd.
The combat looks slow like assassins creed nexus. I hope it gets sped up a bit or different difficulty options to speed it up. I dont mind assassins creed combat at all tbh because it fits the game well but I think this game and going forward with other games a difficulty option for veteran players who are familiar with vr should have an option thats all.

@@jigglybiggs2000 for sure the demo could be very different from the full game and they really only wanted to showcase how the combat looks and by slowing it down its easier to see the work they put into it.

The game I’ve been looking forward to since the cinematic trailer was released. Similar feeling I had to Horizon Call of the Mountain. I wanted to climb a Tallneck. So now I wanna climb a behemoth 😂

What Bow games do you like; in VR and Flat-screen? I've heard the bow in the Free Valve VR game, The Lab, is really good Bow Shooting Feel.
@@tobiasmyers3505 Just bow games in VR for me. I've played a fair bit of In death unchained, and dungeons of Eternity. The lab is PCVR only right? I do try to stick to native Quest 3

With the grapple and quality Skydance makes with their VR games makes me wish they get the rights to create an Indiana Jones VR game. 2:55 is such a move!
Also props to the person playing, showcasing the game making it look cinematic, feel like character, being immersed, and making it look like a flatscreen gameplay with animation and stances! The staggering is gonna be interesting, being able to make your own finishing moves since it’s VR! Do a 🔼+ ⚪️ type of combo 😂. This game is making me excited as if it was a flatscreen game with these features and quality. The flailing why in air gives the NPC life rather than just rag doll. I can’t wait to play this!

Great vid! @GamertagVR - Do you think WipeOut is usually made by a PlayStation first party studio? Because I just realised that if it is, then there's probably no chance of it coming to PS VR2 (Astro Bot being the litmus test).
It’s interesting the main comparison you made was with Saints & Sinners when this game has Asgard’s Wrath 2 written all over it.
Honestly this game wasn't on my radar but after this video it looks pretty cool
Took me many hours to get to full-on Gladiator mode in Blade and Sorcery. You have to aim correctly and use forward force to correctly perry. You can use martial arts if you grab and rotate your wrist. I find over the years the combat in B&S Got really good. Now the AI needs to be better trained. They are still predictable.

I don’t know why I was worried about the looks of the game on quest 3. I forgot how much better S&S looked after the Q3 enhancement update. I’ve just been patiently waiting for this game since the announcement trailer; not just the cinematic, but the one that just announced the game, and when it said it was coming late 2023! I’m so pumped for this damn game!

Hell yeah!i kept saying that we need shadow of the collossus in vr considering how common climbing mechanics are in vr and how the sense of scale is praised.tho when i've heard that its made by the same guys as saints and sinners i got kinda scared that the physics are gonna be similiar or the stamina system so thanks for assuring me that its otherwise,cause despite it being one of the most praised vr games i found saints and sinners only frustrating,a lot,tho on the trailer the movement and graphics kinda do remind me of S&S, i'm really interested in this game since i saw the first trailer hope its gonna be as good as it looks.
