    Had this snare for over two years now and used it for all my live gigs - jazz, reggae, rock, funk, the works. I absolutely love it!

    Snare drum aside, the groove at the end of the video is phenomenal. Some of the best I’ve ever heard.

    I’ve had this as my main snare since the early 90’s. I’ve always had compliments on it, but never have made it sound this good. Marvelous playing!

    Seems (sounds like) to have all one need in a snare drum. Fine demo!

    I just got one of these used. However, the batter head, Evans version of the Power Dot, and the wrong snare wires ( Puresound 20) and I can't get the snare response I want. Getting an Evans G2 batter head, 300 resonant head, and Fat Cat 24 split wires for it. Hoping that does the trick. I can tell this is a very good snare just waiting for the right heads and wires to bring it to life.
