Thanks for Mama Cheung’s sharing. This reminds me of my childhood days when mom made it Japanese style. She didn’t thicken it or put in shrimp, I think she used miso as base. Ms Cheung has a lovely voice and I particularly enjoy her British accent. So refreshing!

只不過是 "蛋花+滾水+紫菜" 撈埋而成，部份食肆，飲完之後會肚屙 💩💩 所以出面食肆加送的蛋花湯，我少飲為妙 🙅🙅
