Error was because you have connect RX and TX wires after the program is uploaded if connected earlier overlapping takes place and the output is passed to next terminal check next time

Instead of declaring digital pins separately and assigning a variable you can directly digitalWrite(pin_number, status)

I am confused. First you connect one end of the black and green wire of bulb to the first relay and then left the red and the other green end for power source at 12:01. but after some time at 13:31 you connected the red and green to the forth relay and then put the black and green to the power supply. Please explay the reason.
