Will revisit these once the balance patch proper releases. Most of these are as of yet untouched, but I'm extremely saddened to say that the Huntress Spear Worm Hole Loop build was nerfed when they killed Faelin's Sigil in the DLC update. RIP
Only build I have available is an alchemist/ invader. It’s quite a nice build and I’ve enjoyed playing remnant 2. Still so much to find and learn. Really appreciate that this 3rd dlc today is free to all. Looks really good what I’ve seen so far.
Yeah I love the familiar! I have this on my long gun at all times! Absolutely shreds all enemies! Haven’t yet used the space crabs as I use the poison mist hand gun and feel this is sufficient enough! May switch it up just to try the crabs tho.
1st time I am playing on veteran, I'll bring anything I can think of last minute idc I can survive with trash everything, 2nd time through I am going to play Apoc with a no armor build using the amulet that gives you 7.5% Xtra DMG for every piece of armor that isn't equipped. 😊 Honestly I'll probably run no armor and the amulet for both playthroughs and whatever gun I feel is a decent gun and whatever mods/mutators I think will be best for the DLC.
I’m challenger 3rd ability ritualist 2nd ability with a acid/corrosion weapons build, Nebula destroys everything and I have a electric build that I can swap with just one ring swap and one amulet swap and weapons and rounds
I'll be a running a status type build but with no Miasma cause that'd ruin the dlc to me. Then once we find the Warden I have a preset ready to switch to. A shield type of build
There is only one build for me :D The Plague Doctor (Medic main + Ritualist). I think its the best pairing for the Medic, maybe aside from Engi for Apo. Resonating Heart relic + Medic prime perk + Nimue's Ribbon and you are basically immortal and have a LOT of build freedom for the rest (though armor is recommended Leto Mk.2). Aside from the mandatory one-shot mechanics, nothing can kill this build, you can solo heal you entire team forever and you have infinite relic uses (and when paired with engi Surplus perk, also infinite ammo). I prefer Ritualist over Engi for the utility of the perks on higher difficulties. The on-relic-use debuff cleanse + overall debuff resistances can come in clutch.
I’m gonna start off rocking my usual Invoker primary/ Ritualistic secondary build. Lots of status effects, lots of fire. I do a lot of solo play so I keep the fire tornado up pretty much 100% of the time with my Sparkfire shotgun and maelstrom mod. Nebula for the sweet passive aggressiveness it provides. Krell axe with the shocker mod cus Thor cmon. Shielded heart cus I’m playin on Apoc and I choose fashion over armor. Let’s get this scrap baby!
I have a Tormented Heart Build that lets you have infinite hearts and you just run around and explode stuff. It's not the most viable on bosses that you can't stand near but for anything that's melee you can basically facetank the game on Apacolypse. It does aoe heal your allies as well so it can be fun to use in coop as you just spam hearts and people look at you funny.
There's a "favorite" function, but that seems useless when there's almost 200 rings (at time of DLC there probably will be more). I don't play the same build every time, so i'd probably have like 50 or so rings favorited. It would be nice to filter them by tags like if the description says "Elemental", "Perfect Dodge", "Bulwark", "Summon". That way you don't have to endlessly scroll up and down to find like 3 rings to round your build off.
Well I don't relaly have a build just something I threw together that get's me through the game. Got Blackmaw AR or sparkfire shotgun, Spectral blade and Tec22 with scavengers bauble, Galvanised supply ring, ring of infinite damage, deep pockets ring and Celerity stone with the normal dragonheart. with Handler Primary and Gunslinger secondary. Sure not a true build but one that works.
I have my trusty anguish build that will get me killed instantly all the fucking time but if I manage to not hit myself for 3 seconds and perfectly dodge everything I will destroy anything in my path 😎, as it has insane damage 🤝

Seeing how effective your starfall build is was jaw-dropping for me

The update is free (prism) the dlc is paid. I think it's 10 dollars.
If you are on PS5 or you have a PS5 account you can add me and I'll help answer any questions you have. 😊
Me: "HA, YOU CAN'T TELL ME WHAT TO DO! I ALREADY SUBSCRIBED"
Also me thinking about reverse psychology:"...what a minute. 🤔"

if you don't mind losing the haste, soul stone would be a really nice option for your summoner build.

I'm making a new character to play dlc which will let me learn all the new stuff and learn all the changes
Do you happen to have a spreadsheet of all your builds? I started playing 1 week ago and find it hard to look for a build to grind for :)

This sounds awesome I love funky builds in this game.
I wish they would have posted the patch notes today.
I just hope they add in a search/filter option for our rings and amulets..
Already confirmed

I have the E G G build
Whispering marb- WAIT WHATS WRONG WITH MONARCH WHAT
Did all archon builds just get nerfed? The star fall one isn’t doing much anymore and neither is starkiller or anguish
Mod gen is bugged apparently
I truly hope they don't over nerf stuff, it's a pve game, why not buff other stuff to be more in line with the strong stuff.

i really hope my theory crafted archon warden shield/mod build works out
Jokes on you, I have after 900h all items in the game maxed out and can use any build. So the devs can't hurt me!
lol same
😂 your so inclined . great builds though . im am not gona lie . im definitely going model my game after , what you have Done .
Honestly, the balance pass will make me want to craft builds again
But I wanna hear more about this vague cringe-y backstory...
My discalculea kicks in when I see all the numbers, so build are always appreciated.
They're all individually beautiful, but that starfall is ridiculous
