Also Ethiopia at the time meant most of east africa not just Ethiopia, that's why in the older Bibles it says cush instead of Ethiopia.

Egypt should get 55.5b cubic meter water,10b for evaporation and Sudan 18b cubic meter , Ethiopia 0.
Ethiopian can't drink from abbay (Nile) while 86.6%of Nile water comes from Ethiopia.
Therefore for all other 9 Nile water source African country should not use Nile as per colonial time agreement
