University is basically paying for a diploma, and passing tests during 4+ years to earn it. The education system doesn’t actually want you to remember most of what you learnt, but if you were to need in your professional life a topic which was covered during you school days, learning that topic again will be much faster than the first time. It’s most likely not the best model but it works for most, leaving some people
      advantaged and others the opposite.

@rented identity Its actually because they are too smart that they dont know how normal students struggle to learn. They teach as if they are teaching to students of their caliber. Thats the problem. They need to emphathise and understand students POV.

Curious though, is it better than JMP? Can someone who did both know the answer to the question.

I am also using interview ID for one of my variables consisting of numbers and letters.. when I place the letters/numbers on the data view page the box shows as blank. I set the type as "string" which said it would be best for the info input. Can someone help me from not having an empty box?

How to enter the following data into spss:The following Table gives mean serum cholesterol levels (given in milligrams per deciliter) by race and age in the United States between 1978 and 1980.
    Race Age
    20-24 25-34 35-44 45-54 55-64 65-74
    All races 180 199 217 227 229 221
    White 180 199 217 227 230 222
    Black 171 199 218 229 223 217
    a) Construct ANOVA summary table.
    b) Test at, whether the true mean cholesterol levels for all races in the United
States between 1978 and 1980 are the same.

My cross examiner literally disgraced himself in public by asking the question. How could you say you used SPSS but am seeing you data presented on frequency tables and percentages 😂 instead of acknowledging to the public that he knows nothing about SPSS

Hi. I don't get up any charts nor statistics when I do this. What could the problem be? The window where the statistics are supposed to pop up is completely blank.
