If that is the extended mix of the album it was compiled by a fan using 12" mixes/versions and he ported this track from the "When The Wind Blows" soundtrack. This was never part of KAOS. The film and it's soundtrack was a year earlier.
And a splice of Hilda's Dream on the end, not an "extended version" with a little musical effect. Still, if one is going to make a Folded Flags music video like RW might have wanted, I hope he'd approve of the effort. At least it maintains the vintage feel, etc. Even if right now it might feel appropriate, with our lives in the hands of a second-rate reality TV star who is facing a potential nuclear power that certainly has fed a lot of dogma to its citizens.
