Strangers used to come up to my parents in restaurants when my brothers and I were little and compliment them on how well-behaved we were. We knew we’d get wrung out if we acted up, and it kept us in line. Sounds like Ben needs to get a handle on his kids. No two-year old should be acting that badly in public.

I bring my toddlers to restaurants all the time. I’m teaching them how to behave in public and if you wanna make an omelet... yada yada. My three year old is extremely well behaved in restaurants because of this.
My dad was in the army. A drill sergeant, not joking either. Anyway, by the time I was 5 I could do 100 pushups I had a lot of practice as you can imagine. When I was 8 punishment was pullups. On of I was Naughty, I had to crank out 5 pullups or get half portion of food and no sweets for the night.

You can find it under the Russian fighter Pull up program. I use a lot of kettlebell to workout with. I do double kettlebell snatches with 70 lb kettlebells so 140 lb total. Double kept clean and press as well.
