Ingredients:
Rice - 1 glass (250 gm)
Water - 1.5 glass
Bay leaf - 1
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Green Cardamom - 2
Cloves / Laung - 2
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Onion - 2 medium(sliced)
Tomato -4 medium (chopped)
Mint leaves - 1/4 cup
Salt - 1.5 tsp or to taste
kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 .5 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 3-4 tbsp
