When I reached out to Coachmen for help, they sent me a list of their authorized service centers near me. However, none of them responded for a warranty service... Maybe because I didn't purchase from them? Please help...
We like the Nova 20D. We just wish you called the spice rack the pull out pantry. You have a real spice rack over the counter. Great floor plan with the twin beds at the rear.😎
We switched from a Nova RB to Galleria A for the fridge, but we miss our Promaster chassis. @Nick Recchio @Coachmen, we are super excited to know you are working on a RB with the big fridge! We will be waiting impatiently!😊
We need a family van - 4 (or 5) front facing seats, beds for 4 (or 5). Would be awesome to see a *Super High Roof* Promaster with bunks to allow for 2+2 sleeping. Coachmen - you can OWN this market! 🙏
Love the RB. Wonder if Nick has looked into a drawer frig/freezer? Some custom van builders use them and they look to be more spacious. They might be too big for the space tho. Good video, thanks.
Please tell me no one accidentally opened the slider on the RB after Nick left the passenger side window open! We love our 2023 20RB, and it’s so ingrained in us to NOT use that window (and especially to not leave it open) that my stomach is churning right now… 😂 Another great video, thank you Hank!
I have a deposit on a 2025 Nova RB here in Nashville. I love that tire carrier. My soon to be doesn't have that... how do I get one. I would think it would have that. Please let me know thx. I can provide any info you may need.
Coachmen really needs to figure out the sleeping situation. There are multiple good options, and they chose the worst one. Not having a fixed platform bed eliminates the garage storage in the back. Alternatively, you could have a drop-down bed, which would give you a dedicated sleeping area separated from the living space. Coachmen's choice: a silly bed platform that has to be deployed and put back up twice a day, meaning you have to make/break down the bed twice a day and you get no garage space in the back. Literally the worst of both worlds.
Very nice how they hid the TV wires, the new look is very clean. I wasn’t keen on the new square sink but it’s nice and big, and it’s growing on me. Spare tire mount has been updated, no longer mounted to the latch. The new chassis cab area is super nice. Suggestions: Rear doors- it would be nice the see pockets recessed into the hollow cavity. Window by the sliding door- make it a slider window to prevent accidental damage if you forget to close it. Big slider door- when the slider door is opened, have a fold down table or platform on that wall area to the left. Slider door screen - should be a more durable design for pets and small children. It looks very easily damaged. Anyway, there are a few suggestions for Nick. Thanks Hank …. oh, Hank, is there a Nova meetup by chance? I’d like go if possible once we get our Nova RB. Thanks
I was wondering have they fixed the many known issues? The plumbing is known to be atrocious. The air conditioner is known to loose all freon in the first to third year. The engine to transmission coupler experiences failure in some cases 3 times in 60000 miles. Cabinet materials used are problematic especially when combined with the poor plumbing and 12v refrigerators are well known to be unreliable.
I am from Indonesia. I am interested in purchasing and importing one unit of it directly from the US. How much the price is in the US because I have to calculate the custom, excise and taxes imposed by the government of Indonesia.? Thank you for posting the video.

Nobody does it (yet). If they can do for family of 5, that's awesome but for 4 it would serve MANY families. Pop top are the only solution ATM but has issues when it's hot, cold or windy.

How do you fill the opening in the C to make a full bed? Same as the others?

Leave the dual pane windows alone. Don't open it or close it before you open the slider door.
