I hit $500 yesterday for the first time in my life, and I've been playing $10 and $20 tickets for quite some time. I'd never hit anything over $100 before that. My best bit of advice is to play at several different stores in your area--every pack that goes out is randomly selected from a warehouse (at least where I live, is what I'm told,) so when one roll runs out, a new random roll of the same ticket will go back in its place. It still ultimately comes down to odds and just the more you play, the likelier it is to hit something big eventually.
@@AVideoMan83 I've hit $500 on a $3 crossword, and I've hit $100 to $150 a total of eleven other times, all but one coming on $3 tickets or lower. (The other one came on a $10 crossword.) My point is: I know that if I played $10 tickets or higher, I would get more $100+ winners. But I don't have the money, or the risk tolerance, to play those higher-denomination tickets. Hence my comment.
