I reach out to brands that I am interested in working with. Send them my portfolio and ideas! I’ve managed to get work through fiver too but I find the platforms hard and they have a big fee/deduction!
I’ve been a waiter and bartender all my life, you’ve just gotta work a bit harder to save money but you should go for sure, you don’t want to look back on your life in 20 years and say I wish I had gone to Australia.
@@DainLukawell guess i need to do a few things first here since its far cheaper like learning to drive a car. thanks for the tip and i hope you have a great road ahead of you.
You mentioned your friend did accounting full time but then when they moved to Australia they had to work in a cafe. Why is that exactly? They aren't allowed to get an accounting job going to another country? That's what I am wondering about personally. I work in workers comp admin work with medical bills. Would I not be allowed to get a similar job if I moved from Florida to Aus? Thanks so much!
Thanks for watching! It was more they wanted a break from doing something so serious. You can definitely work a professional job out in Aus but also it’s temporary so it’s nice to have a career break and do something less serious !
Just 52 days until my plane leaves now, it’s starting to feel surreal

You totally have this !! Just save up - I got a second job in a bar when I was saving for my big trip, scary but so worth the risk !!
It’s all part of the journey! Book a hostel for your first few days > make some friends and see what happens 💫
