The curry couple is kinda not good name for the channel.
Appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. I understand that some people might find the name "Curry Couple" to be cheesy or think it's a food-related channel. But given the stereotype that Indians stink of curry, my partner and I chose this name because we wanted to reclaim the stereotype and make it something positive. I wanted to show the world that Indians can be proud of their culture and their food, even if others make fun of it. I also wanted to make the name funny and relatable to an international audience. I think everyone can relate to being mocked for something that is part of their identity. I think humor can be a powerful tool for social change, and I hope my channel can help challenge negative stereotypes about Indians.
