Best back hand flicker in table tennis ❤️
The "deadly" backhand flicks and top spins of Zhang are still pretty much unmatched today. The backhand flicks he performed from his forehand side are the reason for the injuries occurred to his body and mainly the major cause for his back injuries, cause are extremely difficult to perform consistently. Thus these flicks require very fast footwork in order to be able to recover and react correct to the response ball from the opponent (if he manages to react by predicting the landing of the backhand flick). This is the call for the future for the Chinese top players and that’ s one of the reasons Fan is on top right now. Just notice his legs and you can understand how much footwork is involved in developing the muscles he has. Bare in mind though that if not in a good day he can have some upsets like Zhang had in the past and like the ones he had last year, cause in order to perform this type of flicks mistakes are not tolerated! But if on a good day then only Captain Ma can block his game, nobody else. But no pain, no gain - and if players like Zhang, Fan and Ma played safe all the time then they would not have become legends and revolutionized the sport!!!
Hugo Calderon has more powerful backhand
Although Hugo’s power is impressive, he doesn’t have Zhang’s grace in strokes. One could also make the argument for Kreanga having the best backhand. I don’t particularly like Zhang when he was at the top because of his attitude in kicking the border boards, but after his retirement I now appreciate his talent.
To say that zhang fh top spin is unmatch is undermining ma long's goat statuts. Zjk might have an slight advantage over ma long in a bh to bh rally but im pretty sure ma long's fh technique is clearly dominant almost over everybody. His win/lose ratio can attest to that.
Lol,Zhang Jike's injuries had little to do with the banana flicking.
Forehand flicking takes so much more footwork,Wang Hao like FZD had a potbelly and played the banana flick like it's nothing.
Most injuries come from forehand techniques,JZK often muscled the ball on the fh just like Kong Linghui.
Harimoto at 14 yo had the best bh flick in the World and didn't even train that much.
They should see when zjk vs stefen fegeral. That sides pin was crazy
I always thought of him as like Kong Linghui but better. A beautiful game all around. Amazing rhythm and timing.
Zhang Jike was so badass. Miss his fast, fluid and gracefull aggressive play.

If he had the best backhand, there would be no reason to avoid backhand and play the backhand one meter left of the table. In the video, there are so many forehand-winners. I cant understand the title of the video.

Kreanga spinny far from table, Fan strong near table. Both better then Zhang BH.

It "was" the best backhand in the world until fan zendong came. Only fzd bh can match ma long fh on a regular basis. Only bias individuals can say no to this.
The game evolves my friend. FZD wouldn't be here if the likes of ML and ZJK didn't pave the way for him. Appreciate them without making it a contest of bitterness.
@@DarkLight-kx7qr we are talking about "the best backhand of in the world". We are not talking about who is the reason behind that phoenomenal skill set. If we are going to talk about who is responsoble for the development of his techniques then those are the coaches past and present. Not Ma long or ZJK.
