That is so, so awesome! I so wish they did this overlay at Magic Kingdom. I had heard about it, but had no idea it was so extensive. No wonder people have been asking for it at WDW. Thanks for the video
+thedrumman64 Thank you for the comment! I've always heard that they don't do the overlay in Orlando for the simple reason that there are many more tourists there than at Disneyland. Disneyland is full of locals. I guess they are worried that someone will fly a long distance and be upset if a classic like Haunted Mansion would be different or closed.
+Attraction Faction But for the holidays, it's totally understandable for wdw to do this for the Haunted Mansion. After all, what's not to like? :D I wish the did it, as I live in Florida.
I would hope that after one more year, the West coast visitors will get bored with the decorations and maybe they ship them to Orlando. Not that Disney can't afford a second set. but then again, I don't understand some of their decisions. related topic: They destroy a perfectly popular ride to build a new one on the same space even though they control acres and acres and more and more people keep coming. Malls, schools, hospitals, subdivisions keep adding more territory for more people. Not Disney. They charge you for a whole new park down the road, but for some reason unknown to me (It has to be a money ) they can't just open up a new land into the employees only section. They could have kept Inner space and the frontier train. Of course, I pay.
I think last year's was the best!! This year they've over decorated the graveyard and ballroom too much, which takes away some of the affects. Like the brightness in the graveyard which gives away the scrim and the mechanisms for the pop-up ghosts. I personally thing that oggie looks deformed, especially how his face and body are formed. Some areas looks like a fiasco. Plus the attic is so empty unlike last year. Great video by the way!!
***** hey peter, i live in long beach and i go to DL by bus. Normally i wait 4 my aunt to give me a ride to the trian station. But she dont leave until 730am. So i wanted to get their by 8 so i took a cab. The 1st thing i did was ghost galaxy. Then i ran over to mansion. It was a long wait. But i got a fast past. I was so looking 4 it too. But sadly when i got to the mansion n so that ginger bread. I was so sad. Last yr was better n the yr b4 that was better 2. In fact all them was better then 2015. Hopefully 2016 will be good. Lol. But it was okay i agree with u. May be they should had a flying ghost flying in and out of it. R may be the house of call could break apart in revile a monster. Idk. But what could u do. Lol.
***** as i stated to peter. I was highy sad to what they had done. Maybe they just got lazy. I ask a cast member was it suppose to do something. N they said no. Maybe 2016 will be better.
This is a really awesome video and shows a great amount of detail. The thing is I'm honestly not a fan of the holiday theme haunted mansion. The ride is awesome as is and this thing turns it into one giant crap fest. Don't get me wrong I honestly love Nightmare before Christmas. I just think they should stop ruining the haunted mansion with this garbage and just give nightmare its own ride attraction out right. Oh well thumbs up for the video it is of really good qaulity.
+somerandom loser Thanks for the like and nice comments. I kinda tend to agree with you. I like Haunted Mansion Holiday, but it basically takes the classic Haunted Mansion out of commission for over three months! It's kind of a bummer in that regard.

sucks i went to disney land on september 11th to but when wanted to go on haunted manshion it broke down it was night time but we did go in morning to
i went on sat it was hot n crazy n this line was sooooooooooooooooooooooo long i did it twice but with fast passes.
What they did with Hatbox Ghost was cool. A bunch of Santa Hats on his Hat Cart. Nice to see he's still there though.
