You haven't had any issues with the company, but how long have you had the ebike? Notice you ride without safety equipment. Didn't show how the bike took up the hills...saw lots of hard pedaling. Do like the fact its not as much Ghost Pedaling. Are you going to do any reviews on pedal Assist, braking, etc? Looks like it could be a great ebike, but need more info than what you've shared.
