There is so much going on in the world that needs attention for dawah such as: Syria, Palistine, Myanmar, Terrorisme, Extremisme, Suffering of many poor muslims, the ummah not giving enough donations, being united against evil and united for zakaat and sadaqah, finding the right spouse and making the nikaah more easy for everyone, improving our aglaaq and spreading peace and love, helping the poor and the orfans, the old and the sick. I understand this Mufti has some odd views and stuff, but the Hadith being from bukhari just means the transmission is sound, but how do they determine if the prophet actually said these things? Because there's hadiths contradict Quran, and some stories in Hadith tell differently. Unity only comes one way-which is holding onto the Quran and the Sunnah (all of it) with the understanding that the best generations had. Did the Prophet pbuh call for unity with innovators? Did the Sahabah and the Tabi’un unite with innovators, liars etc? No way! They were strong speaking against them. We are defending our faith and all included in it at all calls. We cannot neglect any portion of it because we want to unite with those of slander and/or innovation. We unite with those who call to Tawhid and hold the understanding that the Sahabah and Tabi’un held with regards to the Quran and the Sunnah.

قضية التدليس من القضايا التي كثر الخلط فيها ممن لم يعرفوا طرق الأئمة الحفاظ في التعامل معها، ومن الذي ترد عندهم عنعنته، ومن الذي لا ترد حتى يتبين أنه دلس، فوقع من هولاء ـ من غير قصد ـ جناية عظيمة على السنة وأهلها، فردوا وضعفوا كل رواية فيها الأعمش أو أبو إسحاق السبيعي أو قتادة ـ و هم ممن تدور عليهم كثير من الأسانيد ـ إذا لم يصرح بالسماع، فتراهم يقولون: هذا إسناد ضعيف فيه الأعمش وهو مدلس، وقد عنعن !! ونحوها من العبارات.
ولعلي في هذه الورقة أن أبين على عجل خطأ هذا القول بما أنقله عن الأئمة.
قال يعقوب بن سفيان الفسوي: وحديث سفيان وأبي إسحاق والأعمش ما لم يعلم أنه مدلس يقوم مقام الحجة. المعرفة والتاريخ 2/637 .
وقال أبوزرعة الرازي: الأعمش ربما دلس. علل الحديث 1/14
وقال أبو داود: سمعت أحمد سئل عن الرجل يعرف بالتدليس يحتج فيما لم يقل حدثني أو سمعت ؟ قال: لا أدري . فقلت: الأعمش متى تصاد له الألفاظ ؟ قال : يضيق هذا ، أي أنك تحتج به . سؤالات أبي داود ص199 وشرح علل الترمذي 1/355 .
وقال الذهبي : الأعمش يدلس، وربما دلس عن ضعيف ولا يدري به، ومتى قال: حدثنا فلا كلام، ومتى قال: عن تطرق إليه احتمال التدليس إلا في شيوخ له أكثر عنهم كـ إبراهيم وأبي وائل وأبي صالح السمان فإن روايته عن هذا الصنف محمولة على الاتصال . ميزان الاعتدال 2/224 .
وقال الخطيب في الكفاية ـ400ـ:حدثني أبو القاسم الأزهري قال: حدثنا عبد الرحمن بن عمر الخلال قال: حدثنا محمد بن أحمد بن يعقوب قال: حدثنا جدي قال: سألت يحيى بن معين عن التدليس؟
فكرهه وعابه ، قلت له: أفيكون المدلس حجة فيما روى أو حتى يقول حدثنا وأخبرنا ؟
فقال : لا يكون حجة فيما دلس ،(لم يقل فيما عنعن)
وقال جدي: سألت علي بن المديني عن الرجل يدلس أيكون حجة فيما لم يقل حدثنا؟
قال: إذا كان الغالب عليه التدليس فلا حتى يقول حدثنا . وانظر النكت 2/88 .
وقال أبو الحسن بن القطان :إذا صرح المدلس قبل بلا خلاف ، وإذا لم يصرح فقد قبله قوم ما لم يتبين بحديث بعينه أنه لم يسمعه ، ورده آخرون ما لم يتبين أنه سمعه . النكت 2/625 .
وقال ابن رجب ـ شرح علل الترمذي 1/355 ـ: ولم يعتبر الشافعي أن يتكرر التدليس من الراوي ولا أن يغلب على حديثه بل اعتبر ثبوت تدليسه ولو بمرة واحدة، (هل عمل الشافعي بهذا؟)
واعتبر غيره من أهل الحديث أن يغلب التدليس على حديث الرجل ، وقالوا إذا غلب عليه التدليس لم يقبل حديثه حتى يقول حدثنا ،
وهذا قول ابن المديني حكاه يعقوب بن شيبة عنه،
وذكر مسلم في مقدمة كتابه إنما يعتبر التصريح بالسماع ممن شهر بالتدليس وعرف به،
وهذا يحتمل أن يريد به كثرة التدليس في حديثه ،
ويحتمل أن يريد به ثبوت ذلك عنه وصحته ، فيكون كقول الشافعي ..
واعتبروا كثرة التدليس في حق من يدلس عن غير الثقات .اهـ
ومن خلال البحث السطحي السريع في ألفية التراث (القديمة) باسم الأعمش ـ من غير بحث باسم سليمان ـ لكي نقف على عمل بعض علماء الحديث في روايته هل ردوا ما عنعنه الأعمش أم لا ؟
وجدت ما يلي:
في صحيح البخاري عن الأعمش أكثر من (150) حديث بالعنعنة،
وفي مسلم كذلك،
وفي المطبوع من صحيح خزيمة أكثر من (100) حديث
وفي صحيح ابن حبان أكثر من (250) حديث
وفي المستدرك قرابة (300) حديث
وفي مستخرج أبي عوانة على مسلم قرابة (300) حديث،
وفي مستخرج أبي نعيم على مسلم قرابة (120) حديث
وفي المطبوع من المختارة قرابة (120) حديث
وفي المنتقى لابن الجارود قرابة (40) حديث
طبعا كل هذه الأعداد تقريبية
كل هذه الأحاديث لم يرد شئ منها لعنعنة الأعمش.
وهنا شبهة تثار وهي أن ما في الصحيحين قد اطلع أصحابها على تصريح بالسماع في طرق أخرى،
ويرد على هذه الشبهه الحافظ أبو الحجاج المزي، ففي سؤالات السبكي للمزي هل وجد لكل ما روياه ـ البخاري ومسلم ـ بالعنعنة طرق مصرح فيها بالتحديث ؟
فقال: كثير من ذلك لم يوجد وما يسعنا إلا تحسين الظن. النكت2/636 وتدريب الراوي1/123
وقد ذكر العلائي: الأعمش في الطبقة الثانية من المدلسين، وتبعه ابن حجر في كتابه تعريف أهل التقديس، وفي النكت ذكره في الطبقة الثالثة! وتبعه الدكتر مسفر فجعله في الثالثة ! قال في ص 305 أو الرابعة !
. انظر: جامع التحصيل ص 113 وتعريف أهل التقديس ص 67 والنكت 2/640 والتبيين ص31 والتدليس للدميني ص301.
ومثل الأعمش في هذا كبار الأئمة الحفاظ كأبي إسحاق وقتادة والثوري .... طبق عليهم ما نص العلماء عليه . والله أعلم .

I understand this Mufti has some odd views and stuff, but the Hadith being from bukhari just means the transmission is sound, but how do they determine if the prophet actually said these things? Because there's hadiths contradict Quran, and some stories in Hadith tell differently.
Furthermore, I think trolling this mufti and Shias are pointless because it will further divide the Muslims as this is exactly what they want is for Muslims to keep arguing and fighting. Unity only comes one way-which is holding onto the Quran and the Sunnah (all of it) with the understanding that the best generations had. Did the Prophet pbuh call for unity with innovators? Did the Sahabah and the Tabi’un unite with innovators, liars etc? No way! They were strong speaking against them.
We are defending our faith and all included in it at all calls. We cannot neglect any portion of it because we want to unite with those of slander and/or innovation. We unite with those who call to Tawhid and hold the understanding that the Sahabah and Tabi’un held with regards to the Quran and the Sunnah.
