"Mufti" is going after the hadeeth exactly like the shias, apparently he is not shia but hadeeth rejecter. People know hadeeth is the explanation of the Quran and if you discredit the hadeeth, it will be easy to (mis)interpret Quran as you like. This can be seen in the case of Christians who don't have the sunnah and the ahadeeth of Jesus thus end up interpreting bible as they like.
Hadeeth is not explanation of Quran. This is the biggest misinformation. Hadith is only “heard knowledge” which the prophet gave in form of advise to certain people. It was never meant for mass transmission. Only Quran and Sunnah is mass transmitted. Hadith is not Sunnah.

I was raised in a non-religious household with the freedom to choose my own faith. I was fascinated with the imagery of ancient Egypt when I was four years and was fond of studying their culture and religion as a hobby. The first religion I committed myself to was Wicca, where I partook in witchcraft and worshipped gods (including Egyptian) from different cultures. Thus I have studied nearly every prominent pagan religion to some degree, as well as LeVeyan Satanism and Baphmet Satanism. I also have some knowledge in early church history and the comparison of modern Bibles to thr Codez Sanaticus. This started at the age of 12, and I was studying to become a High Priestess of magic. At the age of 20 I began to shift my belief system to Kemeticism (Ancient Egyptian religion), where I left witchcraft and the other deities and dedicated myself solely to the Egyptian religion. I joined a Temple and began my studies in the hopes of being a priestess of goddess Het-Heru (Hathor). The woman which I studied under has a PhD in Ancient Egyptian studies and focuses on translation of Heirolgyphics and Coptic texts, as well as religion. She has been on some of History Channel's documentaries regarding Egyptian religion. She established the Temple that I studied at in the 80's after she, too, left Wicca just before becoming a High Priestess. Her legal name is Tamara L. Suida, however the Temple regards her as a legitimate Pharaoh. I also, informally, studied from resources outside the Temple to gain a broader knowledge. I was planning on pursuing Egyptology after I had finished my military career, of which my job was Chinese intel translation. I would like to state that although I don't have a Mufti-equivalent level of knowledge pertaining to the Egyptian religion, I do regard myself as decently studied. If there are any flaws in my debate I am open to discuss these flaws, but I tried to extensively fact check everything through multiple sources before stating the information. May Allah keep you steadfast till the day you meet him. You have a good intention, but I would advise not to waste your time in debating that particuar matter with him for two reasons. 1- This man has more serious issues that if he understood what he is saying, scholars would have made Takfeer/Tab'dee of him. 2-You are a beginner student. Do not open that discussion with someone like him. He will divert you and put a lot of doubts in your religion. If you watch the video you would understand. I feel it is a duty of every Muslim to speak out against fitnah. It is alright, after sending only one response he has yet to read anything I have sent him for days. So, I don't think this will go anywhere. I just hope my comment gets read on all postings I found of the video, and the Ummah protect themselves on this one. It is all that can be done for now. That would require actual work, knowledge and the sincerity and honesty that it would demand following it´s completion or once conclusions have been reached. A simple HDI analysis with a short look at the assessment made by the World Bank will indicate that people from that part of the world, at least in their nations of origin, are not defined by high productivity, conscientious hard work and intellectual excellence. That is for all to see and is not my personal opinion. The issue with Bukhari is just a symptom. The deeper lying problem is that too many Muslims today simply do not have sufficient insight into the lack of ethics and morality in the beliefs, the concepts and the examples they think their role models have set that they carry around. They think they not only are upon "THE" something but have been so for the past 1400 years and they are now the Alims and everybody else is the Talib. When somebody raises questions, nobody bothers to provide answers because in this type of world view answers have already been provided the past 1400 years. Ironically while sitting in the bosom of the" Kuffar", no longer able to live in their own ancestral lands somehow but they are upon the answers nonetheless. Since answers have already been provided, the more generous of them will provide yet again these "answers". So for Bukhari it is a circular argument of somebody important confirmed by somebody else important who says manuscript A is this or that and so another important person then quotes it and on and on and round and round it goes. The fact that Mufti Goku has pointed out that there may be some issue in the very claim that these transmissions are intact in terms of original manuscripts and the multiple copies of said "original" manuscripts all differing and so on goes unnoticed by these paragons of morality and ehtics. Instead, if the questions are insisted upon or if somebody like Mufti Sherminator dares to give credence to anything remotely similar to doubt about some of the ethics and morality of whatever it is these people think they have been upon for the past 1400 years well. We can see what happens here in this thread. Not a single one of them has even attempted to discuss the actual topics or address any of the questions provided. Or addressed corollary questions such as why has no Muslim scholar condemned slavery in any form, historically? If they are such "dons" of morality and ethics, that is. They could rule on whether touching a dog is or is not pure and write about in book after book, debating it but buying, selling and through either war or raids or just simply purchasing from other nations slaves, that just continued without any brows being furrowed. Or why do they today not condemn or problematise the use of oil and naphta given how we now see that it affects the balance (mizaan) of the Earth and as the Khilafa of Man stipulates, we must not transgress the Mizaan? Perhaps as in the past, the black gold that washed the feet of the Arabs or the Turks, today as the new black gold that is under their feet lines their pockets they suffer the same moral and ethical blindness? Sumun, bukmun, umyoun? Or any number of other issues that can be raised that clearly beg the question of whether or not there may actually be some real issue with the fundamental moral and ethical outlook of your average Muslim if he or she takes on the beliefs, the concepts and the examples they think their role models have set for them. Instead we get personal attacks, condemnation and even personal threats! The threats I take for real because too many Muslims have shown they, sadly, love death more than they love life. And then they wonder why it is so that no known famous scholar has ever differed in this way with mainstream understanding of the very roots of Islam as practiced daily by Muslims today that Mufti Abu Layth is doing?

Mufti Abu Laith is not rejecter of Bukhari. He is just pointing out that it is not 100% Sahih. Akram Nadwi's writing has no relevance to what Mufti is saying.
@@AhmedBAY , Here I agree with you to some extent. We need not agree or follow the Mufti on every issue of halal or haram. There are ample of opinions of different Imams and scholars on these matters to pick from. At the end of the day one should use own rational judgement and pick the best one.
Ahadeeth were still around and known by the sahaba and tabaees which were eventually collected by the great Imam Bukhari Rahimahullah. Sahi Bukhari is one of the foundations of our religious knowledge and it's understandable why people are going after it , if you know what I mean.

There's enough research done on ahadeeth, daif and maudu ahadeeth are known. It doesn't make much sense to reject them, The shariah and fiqh heavily make use of them. So, no matter how much you oppose it you are following it day and night. All the mainstream scholars never reject them and we don't care about the fringe elements like mutazila.

No body is treating hadeeth like Quran however you are bound to start interpretting Quran liberally without the hadeeth and sunnah which all the munkir ul ahadeeth people do including AbulLaith and Ghulam Parvez. That's a clear path of deviation. My cousin is on that path and has lost his faith. "Mufti" is going after the hadeeth exactly like the shias, apparently he is not shia but hadeeth rejecter. People know hadeeth is the explanation of the Quran and if you discredit the hadeeth, it will be easy to (mis)interpret Quran as you like. This can be seen in the case of Christians who don't have the sunnah and the ahadeeth of Jesus thus end up interpreting bible as they like.
Hadeeth is not explanation of Quran. This is the biggest misinformation. Hadith is only “heard knowledge” which the prophet gave in form of advise to certain people. It was never meant for mass transmission. Only Quran and Sunnah is mass transmitted. Hadith is not Sunnah.

I am a revert to Islam, alhumdulilah. I was raised in a non-religious household with the freedom to choose my own faith. I was fascinated with the imagery of ancient Egypt when I was four years and was fond of studying their culture and religion as a hobby. The first religion I committed myself to was Wicca, where I partook in witchcraft and worshipped gods (including Egyptian) from different cultures. Thus I have studied nearly every prominent pagan religion to some degree, as well as LeVeyan Satanism and Baphmet Satanism. I also have some knowledge in early church history and the comparison of modern Bibles to thr Codez Sanaticus. This started at the age of 12, and I was studying to become a High Priestess of magic. At the age of 20 I began to shift my belief system to Kemeticism (Ancient Egyptian religion), where I left witchcraft and the other deities and dedicated myself solely to the Egyptian religion. I joined a Temple and began my studies in the hopes of being a priestess of goddess Het-Heru (Hathor).
The woman which I studied under has a PhD in Ancient Egyptian studies and focuses on translation of Heirolgyphics and Coptic texts, as well as religion. She has been on some of History Channel's documentaries regarding Egyptian religion. She established the Temple that I studied at in the 80's after she, too, left Wicca just before becoming a High Priestess. Her legal name is Tamara L. Suida, however the Temple regards her as a legitimate Pharaoh. I also, informally, studied from resources outside the Temple to gain a broader knowledge. I was planning on pursuing Egyptology after I had finished my military career, of which my job was Chinese intel translation. (May Allah SWT forgive me for the three months I was in the military while being a Muslim, supporting the terrorist kuffar and being unable to wear hijab on uniform).
I would like to state that although I don't have a Mufti-equivalent level of knowledge pertaining to the Egyptian religion, I do regard myself as decently studied. Being highly educated in Egyptian religion is difficult as there is a great deal of flexibility within the faith and many truths that co-existed but also contradicted at that time (such as more than one creation story). If there are any flaws in my debate I am open to discuss these flaws, but I tried to extensively fact check everything through multiple sources before stating the information.
I am now planning on picking up my studies in magic and ancient egyptian religion, as well as paganism in general. I am also planning on starting shari'a school. I want to be a Sheikha who is able to help the pagans, and also educate the Ummah on the truths of magic and paganism from my own experiences.

You have a good intention, but I would advise not to waste your time in debating that particuar matter with him for two reasons. 1- This man has more serious issues that if he understood what he is saying, scholars would have made Takfeer/Tab'dee of him. 2-You are a beginner student. Do not open that discussion with someone like him. He will divert you and put a lot of doubts in your religion.

So if they will not do their duty to remove the video after being shown clear evidence then I have to do my part.

That would require actual work, knowledge and the sincerity and honesty that it would demand following it´s completion or once conclusions have been reached. A simple HDI analysis with a short look at the assessment made by the World Bank will indicate that people from that part of the world, at least in their nations of origin, are not defined by high productivity, conscientious hard work and intellectual excellence. That is for all to see and is not my personal opinion.
The issue with Bukhari is just a symptom. The deeper lying problem is that too many Muslims today simply do not have sufficient insight into the lack of ethics and morality in the beliefs, the concepts and the examples they think their role models have set that they carry around. They think they not only are upon "THE" something but have been so for the past 1400 years and they are now the Alims and everybody else is the Talib. When somebody raises questions, nobody bothers to provide answers because in this type of world view answers have already been provided the past 1400 years. Ironically while sitting in the bosom of the" Kuffar", no longer able to live in their own ancestral lands somehow but they are upon the answers nonetheless. Since answers have already been provided, the more generous of them will provide yet again these "answers". So for Bukhari it is a circular argument of somebody important confirmed by somebody else important who says manuscript A is this or that and so another important person then quotes it and on and on and round and round it goes. The fact that Mufti Goku has pointed out that there may be some issue in the very claim that these transmissions are intact in terms of original manuscripts and the multiple copies of said "original" manuscripts all differing and so on goes unnoticed by these paragons of morality and ehtics. "Mufti" is going after the hadeeth books exactly like the shias, apparently he is not a shia but probably a hadeeth rejecter. People know hadeeth explains the Quran and if you discredit the ahadeeth, it will be easy to (mis)interpret Quran. This can be seen in the case of Christians who don't have the sunnah and the ahadeeth of Jesus thus end up interpreting bible as they like.

Ahadeeth were still around and known by the sahaba and tabaees which were eventually collected by the great Imam Bukhari Rahimahullah. Sahi Bukhari is one of the foundations of our religious knowledge and it's understandable why people are going after it , if you know what I mean.

Just because there are some maudu and daif (week) ahadeeth, you don't throw the baby with the bath water. Ulema have done enough research and we know which ones are hasan and sahi (Authentic). Our thinkers and revivalists have refuted the allegations of the munkir alhadeeth folks on hadeeth by hadeeth basis.
No body is treating hadeeth like Quran however you are bound to start interpretting Quran liberally without the hadeeth and sunnah which all the munkir ul ahadeeth people do including AbulLaith and Ghulam Parvez. That's a clear path of deviation. My cousin is on that path and has lost his faith. Aparrently some people are hungry for attention and they know becoming a mainstream scholar is not going to bring them recognition overnight unless you are Omer Sulaiman or Yaser Qadi so the path of controversies is a quick one to fame and that's what hero AbulLaith is on along with his gang. Most of guys who talked about Abu layth I would say has not really listened to him but have just heard what he is saying cause to truly listen to someone, it should not be based on your prejudices against that person but majority are listening to him with their prejudices since he is bringing out lot of falsehood out of these hadith's .in my opinion and for anyone who is truly honest to find the truth will find majority of what he is saying makes sense , because every common sensecale Muslim knows that all those so called sahih book are full of nonsense Hadith that degrade the prophet and Islam .
Not that I care about abou layth or any of these so called scholars who claim to be on the right .
