***UPDATE*** Thanks to @ChrisBranleh for finding the Walmart Hyper Stack Three Drawer Box and the Dolly are both NOW available: ▶ Hyper Tough Hyper Stack 3 Drawer Tool Storage Box $40: www.walmart.com/ip/seot/10586523299 ▶ Hyper Tough Moving Dolly, 4" Caster Wheels $25: www.walmart.com/ip/DOLLY-4-CASTER/1059081632
As a DIYer who does a lot of maintenance at church and helps people regularly, I had the Hart box plus two drawer and small box for over a year. My only complaint is the size. I sold it all to my buddy and upgraded to the Husky Build-out. Hart is a good DIYer box. Great comparison!
Yeah, I really like the Huksy Build Out system. It's not much more expensive compared to the budget brands. I have the Hyper Tough Drawers and Dolly on order, so I'll see how they compare to the Build Out. As a home DIY'er, I think it's going to come down to who makes the best accessories :) Thanks for watching!!!
That's for adding your experience with Husky. It definitely seems to be the best bang for your buck. I hope they continue to introduce more accessories and more boxes :)
But for how long I wonder? The Hart box was out for a while and seemed like it was doing well. Then Walmart brought out the Hyperstack and dropped the price on the Hart boxes ... to me that signals that Walmart might be phasing out the Hart box and putting their investment behind the Hyperstack? So I'm a bit hesitant to get too invested in the Hart. Although I said the same thing about Husky Connect and Husky Build Out, and a year later they are both still around !! 🤷♂
Thank you for watching !!! Yeah, they all need to come out with rolling drawers. The Hyper Stack shows a rolling dolly and drawers in their promo video, but I haven't seen it online or in store yet.
I went with craftsman versa stack. Paid 89.99 for the 3 box starter kit. Only reason I chose craftsman over hart was because craftsman makes tool sets that snap on to the versastack system. I also had $30 in lowes reward points.
@@kintsugimoto sweet looking forward to a video on it and hoping to see capacity within drawers. debating whether to grab these budget drawers or to shell out some extra cash for the husky build out since they have more options and both are reasonably priced
@@ChrisBranleh I think it depends on what you'll be using it for. The budget version is probably good enough for me - I'm just a home DIY'er so these will probably just stay in my garage. That being said, the Husky Build Out isn't much more expensive, but the build quality seems much better. You could order some discounted HD gift cards to sort of brut force a discount :)
I want a husky build out but they aren't offering any deals these holidays. I've been tempted on a couple other boxes but I think I'm going to wait until the husky goes on some sale.
Yeah, I haven't seen any great sales with the Husky Build Out Boxes. I've seen at most a 10% discount, but nothing to write home about. Hopefully they offer better discounts around Christmas
@kintsugimoto I'm supposed to be buying the kiddos presents, not myself lol but if that box goes on sale I'm finding a way to snag it up. Was going to just grab the bottom box for now but it's going for $80 and honestly that seems steep considering the husky brand is the in house brand and is almost always a way better price from name brand stuff.
@PDillz I know there are some places where you can buy Home Depot Gift Cards at a discount, then yu can use those to buy the Build Out Box and get a little bit of a discount. But if you can wait, I bet these will eventually go on sale at some point.
Lowes has the Craftman Tradestack on a Holiday sale for $99. It's made of a lot better quality structural foam and not of this cheap Rubbermaid-type plastic of the Walmart boxes.
Yeah, that was a good deal. But I'm wondering if Craftsman is going to discontinue the Tradestack? The HyperStack from Walmart seems like they have a lot of accessories coming up for it. But I agree, the quality isn't the best, but good enough for this DIY'er :)
Sure, let me see what I can do. Might need to give me a few weeks to get around to it. I just checked Home Depot's website and they don't have the 3 box set available at a store near me, and at $140 on sale, it would be the most expensive set :)

As a Mecanic that’s use all 3 the husky is the best I have seen for price having decent drawers is amazing

For the Hart you have tons of options when it comes to different boxes to add on

Great video 👍, unfortunately all three brand fail to recognize that everyone is moving to rolling drawers systems
Thank you for watching !!!

The middle ridge on the top of the boxes is for half boxes that will come out in the future.
Ahh, that makes sense!! Thanks for clarifying :)

That’s a really good price for the Craftsman … and I agree, there are definitely more accessories for the Craftsman vs Hart of Hyperstack
wish they would announce a release date for drawers
husky build out has 1, 2, 3 drawers for about $70-80’s each. no 4 drawer. dolly is $20
Yeah, same!! I'll keep checking and I'll post here once something gets announced.
@@kintsugimoto they’re officially out!
3 drawer: $40
dolly: $25
@ChrisBranleh Thanks for the heads up !!! Just put my order in !!!
I was actually just checking last night and didn't see them up yet!! lol

Sams club too....
69 for a tactix. 4 tier bix. Not for heave duty but its nice.
WOW !!! That's a great deal ... and it's compatible with the Bauer boxes from Harbor Freight

Hyper tough looks like it could connect to the husky $149 model
Hmmm, that's interesting, I'll have to go back and try it.
