Thanks for the video, I bought same bike just the black version though after seeing your original video it came in right time when i was looking for a new ebike wanted a cruiser style my other ebike is meant moreso for hunting purposes. Ordered mirrors just now but held off thinking it would look off glad to know it doesn't. Thought about putting on turn signals but everyone I've seen mounts in a way that wouldn't work on this bike thats the only problem I've came across so far not needed technically atleast where I'm at but with drivers here it would help avoid some accidents
I also thought about putting turn signals on my bike, but the problems are the way the roads are designed. I honestly think bicycles need their own roads. It is scary riding next to people who get too close because of how distracted they are.
@@JorgeMejiasBorgen yep exactly where I'm at we have bike path on side roads which helps there but the main road we don't which I never understood its a wider road for us and more than enough room for one to be placed. So if I need to get a few things from my local store I usually hit side streets cross the main road into a mall parking lot drive around it to other side streets then cross the main road back to get to the store takes a few minutes longer but keeps me safe for the most part, for the most part we have pretty safe drivers here but been getting alot of out of state people moving in and driving like they are back home which is the issue currently
Am thinking of getting the Brat, and I would like to know your overall satisfaction with the bikes performance. And also how satisfied are you with their customer service,re: their response to the horn and brake problem. Thanks for sharing these info brother.
I am satisfied with the overall performance of the bike, but it will be difficult to recommend the bike without bias. It is my first e-bike after all. In regards to their customer service, don’t expect the stereotypical call center. When I contacted them about my issue, I found out that their sales team of one handles a lot of the calls, and they only have two people in their warranty department. I believe that it is good that they handle customer service from their home office in Texas and are not outsourcing it. They handled it professionally, and having direct contact with them gave me a sense of reassurance and care. I complained about parts ordering directly from their website, and they told me that they are going to start working on that. They recently added more accessories, especially the one with the retro color scheme that I made for my social media accounts…They told me that the colors scheme for their decal kits have been in the works for a while, but I honestly believe that I influenced their decision a little bit on that one. Their wink in the DM they sent me says it all. Anyway, they are a small startup company that went public, and I believe that they are going to be a well known brand found in motorcycle/powersport dealerships.
We love these videos Jorge! Keep it up!
I am so glad that you like my videos. I will continue to make more content and help the Volcon community grow!
