This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Winston Homebuilders. The model for this home is the “Laurelwood." We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Chance you are my favorite, out of all the Creator's that tour Mobil Homes. You do a Great Job!
He does better than the majority of regular home tour creators as well, and a lot of them have camera people and fancy editing effects. But their presence is very underwhelming. I think he'd kill it touring regular or upscale houses if he decided to go that route one day.
Ok, make it a 2 bed so livingrm can be larger and 🎉❤
I would definitely make this one a 2 bedroom home. Those small bedrooms are just too small. I would combine them into one and have a decent sized closet in it. Everything else is great

That is a big pantry. In addition to lots of cabinets. 🤔 I think I would make it my dining room and expand the living room.

I was thinking that too. Sacrifice the pantry for a dining space.
I'd make the middle window a door - add an enclosed porch on the back and use that for extra living room space. The deck could be extended for outdoor space at the laundry room entry. It could be covered - but open.

I've been looking for a single wide because I like my location in my current single wide but mine is getting old. I'VE SEEN THEM ALL in my state literally, but not this one, AND I LOVE THIS ONE!!!
I'm actually going to be trying to find a Winston retailer around me to see how much this would be for the two bedroom model.

I love it when you show singles. This one is beautiful. The only thing I don't like is no tub in the master. I really don't care about a tile shower. I'd prefer the basic one along with a tub. Thanks for the tour. 💜
It's lovely, reminds me of the Sipsey in a lot of ways. I do wish the heating was in the ceiling, though, hate those floor vents. Gorgeous, aside from that, though
Chance?? This single wide home is just perfect for 1 or 2 people!! Long enough and real roomy!! Like the kitchen and the bed and bathrooms!! Just a very pretty place to lay your head!!❤😊

Wow I really love this. I can't believe the pantry, the kitchen and walk in closet in primary. I would do it was a 2 bedroom so livingroom/ dining area be bigger. I'm noticing the nicer the single wides have become they're not doing 18 inch its always 16 now. But I do love this. And I like the price. Thank you for the tour!!

Beautiful home with great colors! I would want the 2 bed version; I would eliminate the pantry, to enlarge the dining room and living room, and add a window there; also opening windows in the kitchen and an opening transom in the main bath. Thanks for the tour!

This was a great day for me as my son, DIL and granddaughter were here for a visit. They haven't been here since Thanksgiving and I think my little girl has grown a foot. Well she isn't that little and at 5 1/2 years old she looks about 7 or so. I got to work with her on quilting, teaching her young to sew and to need a spare room for sewing "ACCESSORIES". LOL!

This is single wide on the outside, and makes you forget it is on the inside. Fantastic use of space.
It is nice. I would prefer a stacking washer and dryer with a spot for an upright freezer. But as the parent of twins the difference in kids room sizes is a deal breaker. The resentment and anger of the kid who got the little room would be unending.

I love this kind of mobile homes. The Brown and white ones with the blocks on the front under the window. And they have everything that I want on a Mobile house, like carpet floors, farm sink, smoke extractor on top of the stove, and the most important thing.. THE PANTRY!

Wow! I haven't been here in a while and it seems like some of Chanc's audience have gotten cranky! Y'all know Chance doesn't build these homes himself! The reasons some of the choices were made in the design are to keep the homes affordable and to give some variety. We've all seen the walk-into-the-living-room-2-bedrooms-&-a-bath-to-the-right-kitchen-in-the-middle-primary-bed-&-bath-on-the-other-end home. There's not a lot you can do with the shape of manufactured home! This one has a different layout. Chance has shown several with some dare-to-be-different floor plans. It's cool to see. If you want to buy one, I'm sure the dealer will make as many changes as they can and as much as yoh can afford! 😊

I've already changed the living room around. Shut the kitchen off by getting rid of the stools area. Might be happier then.
My wife would never go for a master bathroom without a tub.

Nice. The master needs a pocket door on the closet. Wasted space just for the door.
Every home needs a table, not just for eating. So got to have that.
I don't agree that every home needs a table.
I just think considering you will need a lot or land to put it on and considering these don’t appreciate like a foundation stick built home that a hundred grand is a lot of money and this one is considerably more than that. I like the master closet and kitchen pantry. Wish there was a sink in the laundry room.
