My wife was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in April of 2021, and given 2 to 6 months to live. She made it 13 months, till May of 2022. Her best friend (and one of mine),was at one side, her son on the other, while I held on to her ankles, and we watched her take her last breath on May 25th at 8:20 pm. Not a day goes by that I don’t shed a few tears, because I miss her.
I’m so sorry to hear that. Thank you for sharing your story, and I hope you can continue to cherish the memories of your wife.
I went through something similar with my wife.
Doctors said she had 6-8 months to live and would spend most of it in a facility.
I decided to take care of her myself in our home and she lived 27 months 🎉.
I didn’t want strangers robbing her of her dignity and I didn’t want our son to “visit” her in a facility a few times a week 😢.
my father died from pancreatic Cancer 17 February 2021, only after being diagnosed one month earlier, left me to take care of my mother, which I have been for the last 3 years. its a challenge especially when her dementia gets worse and worser and refuses to go to an assisted living facility.

This is a very powerful and thought provoking video. The harsh reality is that most people won't truly understand how little time we have to be on this planet. And those people tend not to be too concerned about it until the hammer drops with the bad news. Some people think they can make up for everything they've done wrong in that little time they have left, but the reality is that if they just put forth a little more effort into making sure they do things right, they won't have to scurry when their timer is just about out.

Hits home for me. 14 yrs ago I was in the Dt office with my mother and he told us that she only had 6 months to live. First you can't believe it. It only happens in the movies. But in life it happens. Can't really describe what went through my mother's mind. Every minute, every second becomes so much more important. For my mother 6 months became only 3 and she was gone. For me 14yrs later it's both the cherish moments ♥️ with my mother but there will always be a hole in my heart which time will not heal but just takes the pain away. To all who read this Love the people in your heart like it is the last day, because you never know tomorrow. Take care Shay

this was beautiful and touching,but ou know sis, never give up, miracles happen,one of my friends was in ospital on his death bed,he was always losing weight,and the doctors could not find out why, he was eating like normal, but his weight always go down,in the end he look like a skeleton,and could not move,the priest coe to say his last words,z,d in only 2 days after the visit of the priest,my friend was up again and walking around his room just waiting to go home, no matter what happens in life,never give up on God and hope,

Cognizant of death. Everyone should think about it. Enjoy our lives while we are here. Try not to hurt others. Improve the lives of others.
Wow, this topic is as deep as it gets. Studying NDE's has been something of a passion of mine as well as listening to a lot of inspired speakers and doing a lot of reading. The problem is we live in a world where much of this knowledge has been hidden. You have to really dig for it to find the truth. We have been stripped of our awareness of how powerful our intentions are and the power of our consciousness. What I have concluded is that our conscious choice has a lot to do with where we go when we die. If we don't have a clear choice or intention, the choice will be made for us. The movie What Dreams My Come with Robin Williams shows a lot of this idea. That world is highly subjective whereas this one is objective. That is why it is important to set your intention now, because none of us know when our time is up. We may not get a year to decide.

I've heard from NDE's that life is so much better on the other side!

The older you get, the more you say goodbye to.
I had a friend who died last year. He wasn't ready for it. He had such a lust for life. As long as he could, he ate what he liked. When there were parties, he attended. Took a nap or two during the party; because he wanted to experience. Went to music concerts. Enjoyed his last spring. When he came to hospice, it didn't take more than 14 days.
If I have the opportunity, I will do what I like. I will hope my friends will stay in touch until the end. And then I will say thank you for this time. On my tombstone it will be written "Tomorrow it is a habit". And then I will wait and turn into dust and be recycled into the universe.

None of us know the day, or hour of our end. In the past year, I've lost 3 close friends, the oldest only 62. Some days it is difficult to get out of bed, maybe not mentally, but truly physically as we find ourselves in our declining days. Yet we do and put on the mask so other's may not see. But only we will when we look in the mirror, or feel the aches and pains. No one knows the day. Love ya Shay! 😊

Thankyou for the meaningful message video. Remember the vlogger named Joules? I think Doctors gave him 6 months to live but he only made it 2 months longer. At least he was reunited with his family before he passed on. It’s best to live one day at a time. Most of us won’t know when our last day arrives.

Hi Shay, I find myself asking the Question what would I do, if I found out I only had a limited time to live.. As I watched 3 friends die last year (only one was older than me by one year)... They all died suddenly and I hadn't talk to most of them in years... I have a friend that lost both his legs the year before after a stroke and I have to see him vegatate slow away.. Being a person that has faced death more times than I can count, and seeing people die from motorcycle accidents, people jumping in front of Trains and by the Army I've seen maybe too much... So, I've got another view of life, knowing how fast it could be all gone... I've been a loner for about 28 years now... I make friends easily but don't need people around me... Now that I'm going on 60 this year, and heading towards the end of my life, no matter how long I have left... I have a sign that hangs on my front door, I bought a couple of weeks after I arrived in Germany (It's in German and when I bought it I didn't speak German)... it reads "Lebe so, als sei jeder Tag Dein letzter- eines Tages wirst Du recht Haben" ! (Live everyday as if it were your last- one day you will be right ! ) Just like everything I did in my life, I bought it without knowing what it said, but I knew I needed it... After I had a German translate it, I knew why !!! I use to talk with old people, I'm named after my father's best friend after he changed his Religion, and he died age 99, a week before I went to Basic Training... I've sat with friends and watch them take their last breaths... The coolest was an old man (about 80, I never ask) I meet from walking my dog, I walked past his window everyday and when he saw me coming, he would stick his head out and offer me a Cigerette... He was married but always talked about sex, but that was just the way he was... Ok, that being said, one day he stopped me and I thought he was going to go into his usaul talking points, but this day he told me he had about a month to live... They told him if he would go to the hospital he might make 6 out of it... He said they wouldn't let him smoke, so he reather die at home, at least he could smoke, 2 weeks later he was gone... I don't fear death, and like I tell people, Pain is there to let you know you're alive.... When I die it's just, "On To The Next Level" !!! No Regrets !!!
My stepfather will die die a sickness called "ALS" it so sad to see the process he goes through. My mama taking good care of him. He is a good man and do not deserve this.
I grew up with him and his son. I hope he can find his peace with himself and the world he has to leave one day.

My brother had cancer his doctorvrecommend the chimio even if it was the way to go my brother cannot handle the treatment... Me and my Filipina wife we prayed each day for my brother and now he's cancer free!!! Thanyou God 🙏❤

Did you know that King David died much sooner than he should have.. Why? He died sooner than he should have because God was trying to get his attention, and he never could.. God sent person after person to David to tell him to get control of his family, but David just wouldn't punish his kids for their behavior, and that was slowly destroying his kingdom, and, the people of his kingdom, so God called him home early...
People say all the time, why do bad things happen to good people? First off, there is no one good, but God.. So that's really the major problem with that statement.. It should be, "Why do bad things happen to people?"
Bad things happen to people because God is trying to get their attention! King David was a man after God's own heart, but God still used suffering to get his attention all throughout his life.. Just read the Psalms.. David went through incredible suffering.. Not because he actually did anything bad, but because God was teaching David obedience..
I know this for a fact because I've been a Christian for 32 years, and for the last 14 years, I have been dealing with a neurological disorder that is slowly destroying my muscles.
"I," with my PRIDEFUL attitude, said in the very beginning, "I", will figure this out, and for thirteen years and "I" tried everything and anything to heal myself..
Once it occurred to me that my "PRIDE" was the problem, God said finally I have your attention.. So I had to apologize and ask forgiveness to those in my life for my prideful attitude..
Many said Bobby, you're not prideful, but they can't see my heart.. I wasn't fooling God, but now I'm finally getting better because God "finally" got my attention..
But just like with King David, God will send many signs to get our attention, and we just refuse to obey.. That's why people died earlier than they should.. We can fool the entire world, but God sees our hearts.. Praying for you 🙏
