There were still tester bottles in the Chanel concession in Boots (UK) and I spoke to the lovely sales assistant about Crystalle eau Verte being discontinued and how disappointed I was. She picked up the bottle and said just spray it as much as you want, enjoy it! I left in a scented cloud of happiness

I’m so gutted. This was my fav and so hard to get when it was being produced. Really pricey. I used to use it during spring. It signified spring was coming for me😢
I was saddened when the. No. 19 soap and deodorant were discontinued. The deodorant lasted all day on me in the heat. I wish that Chanel would make low selling fragrances online exclusives rather than discontinuing them. I’ve been stocking up on no. 19 and no. 19 Poudre, because I think they may be on the way out. 😕

Great video! Unrelated: please buy and review Mauboussin by Mauboussin, I “got a sneaky suspicion” 😉 you are going to love it! Warm plum, patchouli and vanilla that goes into the chocolate realm that patchouli sometimes travels to, but in a sophisticated way. It’s a signature of mine, and you can find it as a cheapy. Made 2000, and it tells a real story of its time. ❤️
I am going to the Les Exclusifs Sycomore parfum launch next week at Holt Renfrew. Do you plan to review?
If they release a 15ml bottle, I probably will. But if they only release the 50ml bottles in the coffrets then no.
@@essence-tiallydacob9611 I tried it this afternoon. It is only sold in 15 ml. extrait format and only as of September 1. Here, it sells for $ 300 Cdn. It's a very warm, enveloping vetiver, no doubt due to the iris and vanilla. It's still on my wrist, 6 hours later. I'm not a good judge... I love Guerlain Vetiver. I didn't reserve a bottle.

For now it seems as though Chanel brought it back and allegedly Cristalle Eau Verte was gone for a longer period of time due to raw material shortages. 💖

Is it just me or does Cristalle Eau Verte very close to LE Eau de Cologne …?
They are quite different to my nose.
@@essence-tiallydacob9611 I wonder if I’m thinking of another Chanel fragrance flanker then… I just remember going in to purchase °18 and while in the store, smelling something in the regular collection that reminded me of my EdC, which got me excited because I need to find an everyday alternative to my Chanel Cologne. Mama ain’t about to spend $500 on a new bottle of EdCologne once mine is finished. It’s criminal what Chanel is doing to the Les Exclusifs 😔. Anyways, I’ll have to go back in and smell them again
This sounds like it would be perfect for hot humid summer weather. Hopefully they bring this one back, like they seem to have done with No.19 Poudre.

In the french website cristalle and cristalle eau verte are supposed to be "out of stock", which sounds hard to believe. To me, they are both being discontinued even in France. There are still a few bottles in stores here and there, for those who are interested. 😢

Hi, I am from the UK and have for a long time been trying to get the Chanel No 5 Pure Parfum Extrait in the 15ml size but the spray refillable NOT the splash - I am having no luck in finding this available - do you know how I could purchase this item. ♥
The 15ml spray of No5 extrait has been discontinued since over 20 years dear… they only still make the No5 7,5ml extrait sprays and refills. Xoxo
We still can buy this perfum in Spain, I guess because due to our nice weather they decided to leave it. This happened also with "Escala á Portofino" from Dior. I think is only being sell here.
Eau Verte came back to Europe, the US and most other countries a few months ago. The issue now is with Cristalle edt and edp. The edp is allegedly discontinued in the US and the edt is allegedly discontinued in Australia.

They discontinued BYZANCE and then brought it back reformulated. BYZANCE by ROCHAS and it smells like crappy toilet spray. I feel so sad that quality perfumes are being discontinued. There’s too many bad quality perfumes around now. I would rather not wear perfume if it’s not high quality.

Of COURSE Eau Verte Cristalle and Pour Monsieur EDT are being discontinued, my two favourites and mine and my husbands signatures.
If anyone has a good dupe, message me! I am devastated it's being cut from the chanel family
Pour monsieur edt is still in production in France and still has distirbution, albiet not worldwide anymore.

The cheapification of Chanel is sad to see. I got a new bottle of Chanel 19 Poudre and what used to be a bomb on me, it's now a nice clean perfume with less than 3 hours of performance.
Le 19 poudre used to be my summer fragance and I noticed the same thing, after an hour it's gone 😭
