The hadīth mentioned is not weak ikhwa:
Ubādah bin as-Sāmit (may Allāh be pleased with him) narrated:
The Messenger of Allāh (ﷺ) prayed the Subh (Fajr) prayer, and he had difficulty with the recitation. When he turned (after finishing) he (ﷺ) said: “I think that you are reciting behind your Imām?” We said: “Yes, Messenger of Allāh, by Allāh!” He (ﷺ) said: “Do not do that, except for Umm Al-Kitāb (Al-Fātihah), for there is no Salah for one who does not recite it.”
[It was graded hasan (good) by at-Tirmidhī in Jāmi’ at-Tirmidhī 311, graded as sahīh (authentic) by ash-Shawkānī in al-Fath ar-Rabbāni 6/3221, graded hasan (good) by Ibn Hajar al-Asqalānī in al-Futūhāt ar-Rabbānīyya 2/203, graded good (hasan) by Shu'ayb al-Arnāūt in Takhrīj Sharh us-Sunnah 606]
    Similar narration..
Ubādah bin as-Sāmit (may Allāh be pleased with him) narrated:
We were behind the Prophet (ﷺ) at the dawn (Fajr) prayer, and he recited a passage, but the recitation became difficult for him. Then when he finished he (ﷺ) said, “Perhaps you recite behind your imām?” We replied, “Yes, Messenger of Allāh.” He (ﷺ) said,
“Do not do that except with Fātihat-al-Kitāb, for indeed, there is no prayer for the one who does not recite it.”
[Al-Albāni graded hasan (good) in Mishkāt al-Masābih 854, An-Nawawī graded it sahīh (authentic) in Tahdhīb al-Asmā’ wa al-Lughāt 3/2/180, Ibn-ul-Mulaqqin graded it sahīh (authentic) in Al-‘Ilām 3/189, hadīth also found in Bulūgh al-Marām]
Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymīn (may Allāh have mercy on him) said:
“..He should recite al-Fātihah when the imām is still reciting, because the Sahābah used to recite al-Fātihah with the Messenger (ﷺ) and he (ﷺ) said: “Do not do that except with the Essence of the Book (al-Fātihah), because there is no prayer for the one who does not recite it.”

    Abu Huraira reported:
The Messneger of Allāh (ﷺ) said: “If anyone observes prayer in which he does not recite Umm al-Qur'an (Al-Fātihah), It is deficient [he (ﷺ) said this three times] and not complete. It was said to Abu Huraira: “At times we are behind the Imām? He said: “Recite it inwardly.”
[Sahīh Muslim 395, Sunan Abī Dawūd 821, Sunan an-Nasā'i 909]
    similar narration..
Abu Sā’ib (may Allāh be pleased with him) reported:
that he heard Abu Hurairah say: “The Messenger of Allāh (ﷺ) said: ‘Whoever performs a prayer in which he does not recite Umm-ul-Qur’ān (the Mother of the Qur’ān, i.e., Al-Fātihah), it is deficient; not complete’.” I said: ‘O Abu Hurairah, sometimes I am behind the Imām. He pressed my forearm and said: ‘O Persian! Recite it to yourself’.”
    [Sunan Ibn Mājah 838]
Shaykh Ibn Bāz (may Allāh have mercy on him) said:
“If the Imām does not pause, the one who is praying behind him has to recite Al-Fātihah even if that is when the Imām is reciting (the other sūrah), according to the more correct scholarly view.”
    [Fatāwa ash-Shaykh Ibn Bāz, 11/221]

@@ahmadfaryabi-dawahthe madhab is from our a’immah and they are human and could be wrong. As for saying it’s waajib then no this is Baatil, as for studying it then there’s no harm and could even be mustahab regarding your situation as let’s say your a layman and want a simple foundation then laa ba’s take form any of the madhaahib. Or if your studying and want a foundation for fiqh then you could refer to the madhaahib الحمد لله. There’s no problem but when you are doing taqlid, then that’s were the issue comes. The taqlid of when a hadeeth or ayaat comes that opposes the madhaab but you say I’ll stick with the madhaab

@@ahmadfaryabi-dawah madhabs are the different ways the imams had interpreted the sunnah through their extensive knowledge of it, some madhabs can contain things that are contradictory to sahih hadiths and from there you have to return to the sunnah and follow the sahih hadiths
