The playing is dazzling, especially in the first movement but I I'm left feeling I've eaten a meal too quickly and my stomach lets me know I should have taken my time. The slow movement is one of Haydn's best - he often excels in inspiration in his adagio movements and this is no exception. Hopefully, I don't sound too negative in my comments because I love Haydn znd M. Bavouzet is a superlative musician.
It may sound a bit too fast, but it conveyed the dynamics and the spirit of the composition. It took the pianist’s skills to be able to express the piece clearly and vivaciously.
The second movement is my favorite out of all of the three movements. It just reminds me of Mozart. It's soft, delicate, and overall, it's simple: the melody and everything. This is one of my favorite sonatas from Haydn.
I learned the first movement as an adult about 8 years ago. After that my right wrist got deformed so I only play left hand repertoire now. It sounds exactly like what I learned except he plays much better .

Love the tempo. It catches the wit and playfulness of this sonata. Like opera buffa. 2nd and 3rd movements are also wonderful. Bravo!

I thought it too

Le tempo est génial !! Humour, légèreté, brio, c'est superbe !! Bravo !!

I love how you composed a bit in the repeats! Bravo!!!!🎉
Wunderbar! Ich habe sie nur etwas langsamer gespielt! Vielen herzlichen Dank 🎶💛👍💛🙋♀️
Wonderful! I love the tempo!
I have just finished learning it and I can't stop playing it!!!😂😂😂
Same!!!!
Is Haydn your favourite composer?
Hi, how long did it take to be learned?
Alegria total no início e agora também.
Peefectly finished sire. A gem interpretation!;-)

Totally somethin’ you can handle. Heh heh..
Very impressive! The left hand triplets must have destroyed those hands.
DestroyedThoseHands! OEHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Actually, with the right technique you can play them tension free

bro I literally remember me playing this thing when I was 8
also this sounds like a Timelapse😅
This is perfect!
Großartig! ❤
J'ai joué cette sonate au XXe siècle et je pense souvent à elle. Bavouzet m'en apprend beaucoup.
Awesome!
Es una Sonata muy tierna. Me quedo con ella para estudiarla, Dios mediante.
Great!
I'm an elementary school student and I'm Korean. I'm practicing this song.
You are great 👏👏👏
Thank you♡
You are good
thank you!
What grade?
Thx this helped
This sounds nothing like the sonata I was trying to learn when I was 7....
What do you mean by that?
it's my first piano-public , it was at Rex Theater at Alger in 1954 ( first movt only ) ; j had it in numeric-audio on my Phone , memory from 68 y !
It's because he is a professional pianist and you were a very young student, who still couldn't understand the score on this level...
Yup. This is amazing playing. I'm so used to hearing young intermediate level pianists play it.
You learned it at 7???!!!!
From The Fabelmans end credits!
Imagine listening at full speed
is this played by a real person?
Good

💯
The second movement sounds so much like Mozart.
I was happy until I realized I needed to play this song to pass😢
ha ha lol
個人的には3楽章が一番難しそう。
時間かかりそうだなー
I thought I accidentally left the playback speed at x1.5
Feels super rushed

It’s fast because it’s cheerfully

It is too fast
This speed is literally how fast my copy of the music is recommending. I couldn’t believe and came on TH-cam to check
It’s too fast and there is no second repeat (at least not the way I learned it)
to fast but when you play little bit slower i think you play more better
Grammatically, it’s too fast not to fast. It’s much better not more better.

Бездушная штука, просто на технику, типа поучись левой триоли, правой мелодию несложную
