First movement is incredible...BUT it is a shade too fast for my taste...as if its manic Mozart rather than happy Haydn. A tiny shade slower would be properly Allegro...this is Allegro Assai or even Presto!
The first movement sounds too fast. 1:09 would sound much better in less tempo, with more espression. The movement greatly performed but it sounds mechanical at some points...
@Daniel A is right, that kind of figurations were pretty common at that time, and there are plenty of exemples in a lot of keyboard works by several composers of the time (even before, because Scarlatti and other "late baroque" composers already used this sort of resources in keyboard music).
An outstanding performance of an unjustly neglected masterpiece by Haydn.
A fantastic interpretation by a great pianist !
Ich liebe und bewundere Haydn und auch den Pianisten, der dieses Werk so wunderschön wiedergibt!
2nd mov is so beautiful wow
Très beau, c'est vrai. Et émouvant. Je sens de la douleur dedans.
Beautiful and lively, then around 7:30 it became so soft and romantic. Wow, just what I needed to hear. Many thanks and many more blessings.
맑고 아름다운 연주 잘 감상합니다

Un petit côté "scarlattien" et aussi cpe bach par les effets de stop and go. Votre avis, amis mélomanes ?
Definitely heard some Scarlatti in the exposition.

It's even in one of Bach's preludes
