I love the R33 or the R35
You should have included the V35, V36, and the HV37 in this. A lot of people don't understand that they are skylines as well. The N-GTR is thier flag ship car, the " This what we can do" car. Kinda like the LFA is for Toyota. It is kinda a skyline but not at the same time.
All in all good video, quality work and I love the sound ques in the background.

@@Alkize06 BNR33 GT-R isn’t overrated. It was underrated (in the 90’s) because people criticize for its looks and designs. Also, other underrated Skyline and GT-R are the vintage ones and the 80’s.

I’d have to disagree that the R34 is the last “true skyline”, because the name did go on. It’s just a separation between the “skyline”, and the “GTR” badge. Which is a good move by Nissan, and well deserved for the GTR monicker.
It’s anti wannabes too, not a fan of those non-Gtr skyline owners putting on GTR emblems on their cars. It’s like they’re embarrased of them. Smh. Just like they say in Japan, a Skyline is a Skyline, but a GTR is a GTR.

the r31 is easily my favorite. it has all the iconic gtr features minus the wing, and honestly i prefer that. it’s very subtle yet has the sporty rear end you’d expect from a gtr.

You skipped the 1964 Prince S54B Skyline 2000GT-B there, that came second to a purpose-built Porsche 904 at the Japan GP. A 4-door luxury-ish sedan coming close to winning against a purpose built racecar. LIKE HELL THAT'S AN ACHIEVEMENT TO GLOSS OVER. If that were not to happen, I doubt the Hakosuka GTR would even be a thing let alone the whole lineage. Oh and not to mention the R33 Nismo 400R.

Technically, the Skyline never died. The R34 went out of production in 2002, and then the V35 began the very next year. It was sold outside Japan as the Infiniti G35.
There were like other models of the R32-R34 Skylines where was the V-Spec I and II, Nur I and Nur II models the M-Spec ? The Nismo 400R R33 the infamous Z-Tune R34 ? Even the ER32-ER34 4 doors, the GT-T and the GTS-Ts models ? No mention of those either ? What about the Nissan V35 which is techinically a Skyline ? None of that ?
Seriously just one mention of the R34 and its the shitty 2F2F Skyline ? Seriously ?

Man, you hit the nail right on the head. Although it wasn't bad, it just wasn't as in depth as I had imagined. I figured they'd at least mention the G35 chassis. and I'm not sure I understand why certain models were chosen and others weren't...
I know. Although I'm not a big fan of the Skyline V35 350GT I still think they should have mentioned it since it's a Skyline. Maybe in America you guys call it something else? But in Japan it's called the 350GT. Also I can't be the only one to think the fast and furious Skyline is ugly right? Just a standard V spec R34 in bayside blue or the V spec II Nur in millennium jade pearl would be a top pick for me. Especially since if I'm not wrong the V spec II Nur is one of the most important BNR34's right?

Nah the V-Spec II N1 is, from my knowledge it is the only R34 you can get in America fully legally before its age of 25 under the Show or Display rule that it must show historical significance since the V-Spec II N1 only has 18 units in existance but you can only drive it a few miles at a time and yeah the 350GT is known as the Infiniti G35 in the North American market.

Can we have a Skyline video that doesn't have the tacky Brian's Skyline design on it? The over-use of that design and subsequent craze over it is the reason I don't even enjoy the R34 anymore.

This was a car of my dream since childhood and GT 2 times. And well, I bought R34 GTR two days ago. You understand why it is a legend as soon as you get to drive this beast, it's third day I'm happy and smiley all day long.
Grey View it's a great car to drive but it's got nothing on a motorcycle for pure enjoyment on the road or track.

Anyway, I have an advice for you. You said in this movie that R30. C210 Skyline is used to call ''SKYLINE JAPAN'',and R30 Skyline is the next Skyline after C210 SKYLINE JAPAN.
R30 Skyline RS has an inline-4 DOHC engine, which is the first Inline DOHC engine in the Skyline's history, and that engine(called FJ20) was installed in the R30 Skyline Turbo Race car.

Missing the entire V35 , V36, and V37 line up if you're truly recognizing the Skyline family name especially since the CV35 GTR was the cancelled V35 GTR that serves as the reason why the R35 GTR was developed.
