I wouldn’t let a tin off that near my house and I’m Swedish 🤣😂🤣😂🤣 You shouldn’t eat it just like that thou, you should have hard bread( knäckebröd) , sliced potatoes and chives on it, probably some sour cream to. Believe it or not but some people here, especially up north to love this and there’s a festival every year where lovers off this fermented herring having a blast
I had it once again in Falun and absolutely loved it. Just open it in a small container with some water so it doesn't spray onto you, and then enjoy! Yes, I'm serious. :) :) :) It's incredible with a slice of red onion, potato, and flat bread.
Never tried it (yet), but I plan on eating it some day in a Swedish restaurant - correctly prepared. Even after watching a whole load of "Surströmming Challenge" videos I still want to! :D
I love Surströmming. Nobody in Sweden eats it right out of the can. It must be gutted first. And you should drink brännvin(vodka).It's very tasty AF!!😂👍
