- The legendary Rampa da Falperra, the Portuguese round of the European Hillclimb Championship, was the stage for a spectacular battle between some of the greatest Monsters of the Sport and the return to victories for Swiss hillclimb specialist Ronnie Bratschi, at the wheel of his faster than ever Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VII tuned by EGMO. With competition from the usual Porsche armada and an ever faster Karol Krupa at the wheel of his Fabia CT Quattro, this is how it all ended up:

Crazy how the TCR cars outperformed the GT4 cars and some of the HillClimb specials. Also big moment at 10:14!

I find it interesting to see FW TCR being faster than much more powerful RW and AWD cars :)
But way more boring to watch ^^
At the end of the day they are Factory-developed Race Cars. Chassis wise it tends to makea huge difference. Also some great drivers at the wheel. But yeah, they´re not the most exciting to watch...

Also you need love when 991.2 GT3 with 485Hp beat 860 Hp Evo...dont mind nearly 400Hp gap:):)

*Being that each clip is of a different car going over the same sections, and I watched closely, it's safe to say the Audi RS3 had the best suspension. IT NEVER MOVED!!!*

Damn the EA888 is a very popular engine
It's kind of a sweet spot, great engine, they are in absolutely everything VAG builds so spares are cheap, and there's huge aftermarket support. Probably the best 4 cylinder VW has made since the ABF.
