    Okay dude watching this one has inspired me to really give painting a shot starting this weekend. The way you made it take shape specifically in this one for some reason made something click in my brain and makes me think I can figure it out lol. You should have won btw!!! D:

      Man I’m so happy you are going to give it a shot. Btw I have so many paintings and experiments that I don’t ever share so don’t think you can’t do this - it just takes putting in the time and having fun. You do amazing stuff with your shirts and you’ll do the same with painting once you give it try - excited to see what you make.

    May I ask how you do your transparent layers? Do you water down the paint or use a special medium?

      Thanks! I use the more transparent golden fluid acrylics like quinacridone nickel and alizarin crimson mixed with acrylic glazing liquid - usually satin. I always felt adding too much water to acrylic can make the paint less stable over time. The mediums have the same binder as the acrylic paint - just without pigment. Hope this helps.
