Love the videos man, I'm doing game design at Uni so the tutorials really help. I hope you don't mind me giving a little pointer with the modelling side, but pressing b is the shortcut for soft select so you can influence the vertices around the ones you select to make curves a lot easier. Holding b and dragging the middle mouse button changes the size of the sphere of influence (the closer to the selected points, the more the influenced points move when making adjustments). Anyway, thanks a lot man, appreciate the hard work
Man i Know it's too late to ask but in my W custom attribute instead of going from 0 to 1 it goes from -2 to 3 more or less, do you know what could it be?
Do you know why a Rounded Rectangle could appear black, and not white like in your video? I tried with all the other Procedural Shape nodes and the same thing is happening. I'm also using an Unlit URP shader. I assume I'm doing something wrong, and I can't find the answer anywhere on google. Edit: It seems it's a bug on Unity 2022.2, it doesn't happen on 2021.3. Second Edit: Just wanted to write this down in case anyone finds this: This seems to only happen in the preview. Upon assigning it to the material it works fine. It seems to happen to only some users for some reason.
Somehow the "W" Value in the Custom Data properties is being ignore and the whole effect just disappear, i've been trying for hours, but no way to make it work. I'm using Unity version 2022.2.1f. I would really appreciate help with the issue :)
You are LEGENDARY !!! I get a lot of slash assets and watch tons of tutorials but none of them was perfect like this one. keep it up bro 💙
I love this channel! I feel like I've found paradise. I will comment this on all your videos right now to help engage with your content!

Just binge watched all of your videos and found them super helpful, keep at it! They really helped me get some VFX going in my most recent game
I’ll get you a new episode this week!
Such a beautiful effect with such a nightmare of a graph. LOL
Enjoyed the tutorial a lot :D
thanks pretty cool

You probably have your default values set to 0 or something somewhere in your shadergraph.
When i turn on uv scroll, the emmision starts to not working? but its emitting and blooming when i turn off the uv scroll?
you might have always refresh turned off make sure its on
any idea when i change the colors like you did, it doesnt give a bright glow? mine just changes the intensity to white, not a glow.
You’ll need post processing in your scene with bloom turned on
@@B_GarmanVFX how do I do that? 🥲
@@Lunathiicc right click on your hierarchy and create a post process volume

did you change the W value in the particle system? It can default to being fully hidden at 0 on the constant
@@B_GarmanVFX Thanks for your answer, it was my mistake at the end, everything works as intended, you're great!
how is it so shiny on your screen, and so regularly colored in my project?
You need a post processing object in your scene with bloom enabled!
@@B_GarmanVFX thanks for the quick response, that was it!
Would really love a stylized lightning shader/effect my man, those things can be very handy and used everywhere
Oh yeah I can do that!
@@B_GarmanVFX please do it :)
