Nope all that nonsense (including the 2 x Marine One helicopters) was flown in from the USA in 8 x C-17 freighter aircraft. Oh and 5 x Chinook helicopters from the US Army in Germany also flew over.

And of course the primary and secondary Air Force One 747's, and food and lodging for everyone. This probably cost upwards of $30 million.
