- President Joe Biden travels in The Beast, waving at spectators, as he passes in a large motorcade of security vehicles along a route completely locked-down by police. Military also assist.
The President of the United States is meeting with Polish President Andrzej Duda at the Presidential Palace. He will then give a speech to the Polish public later on at the Royal Castle, in regards to the United States support to Poland and Ukraine, following a surprise visit to Kyiv in the warzone on Monday.
Throughout, security is provided by the United States Secret Service with assistance from police and military personnel. The motorcades are flown in by C-17 Globemaster.

Current transit times for a nuclear weapon to reach the US are 15 min by sub and 30 min by air. That is why both the VP and the President are always within arm's length of the Nuclear football. "Mutual Assured Destruction" refers to the deterrent of "if we die, you die". If the only person legally authorized to maintain that status quo is killed....well, you get the idea.

Sirens are required by the law, otherwise the vehicle is not "responding" and cannot break road laws
Because according to Polish law, an emergency vehicle must use sound signals and lights.
