Early October was very expensive for me, but I bought a good variety of LEGO (and non-LEGO) sets that I'm excited to share not just because I'm happy to have these sets (or that almost everything I got was part of some discount or promotion), but they are a good representation of how I'm enjoying this hobby right now. As for future videos, I don't have any set schedule, but I'm going to try not to copy what other channels are already covering very well. I like a lot of the same LEGO sets that are already reviewed, but I'm also curious about non-LEGO brand sets and building models using existing sets and alternative instructions from rebrickable.com.

I totally get what you are saying about Harry Potter. The constant reboots are frustrating. I can’t keep up. I did assemble a castle from one of the versions of sets, but I really like the one you included in this haul. It was a fun build and displays well.
@FivertonGal I went to the LEGO store right after Christmas last year intending to buy that set as a present to myself using insider points, but it was out of stock and I got the Tranquil Garden instead. I never expected to see it discounted so I'm very happy to get it with the Prime Day deal.

@@jwbowl1 Oh yes, you have! I'm curious what you think obout the Enterprise, especially the saucer section. I had to raise the middle section one plate (or two 2?) up to take preasure out of the top hull of the saucer. And I changed the top hull design at a few places for the same reason. Still, it was a cool build. Later on I rebuilt the inside structure to hang it up under the ceiling. She is still sailing...
@BricksOnAnIsland Thanks for that tip! I knew you had an Enterprise from your "It's all your fault" video, but didn't realize it was the BlueBrixx version. I want to build that and compare it to the Mega Bloks version I have. I know that one will never hang from the ceiling because the part that connects the saucer to the secondary hull goes all the way down into the base, so there's no way to display that ship without the base attached.

It clearly helps to not be Jason 😂 The Star Trek dioramas looks quite good, with proper action minifigs.
I made 2 LEGO orders on 1 October and it took several days for either to ship, so I wondered if the delay meant I was getting the Jason treatment! 🤣

I got the Don't Eat the Battery LEGO set as well, it's in the que to build. Hopefully that happens before Christmas. LOL
I probably need to start on my Christmas builds right after Halloween. I also have the BDP Winter Chalet that I ordered in 2022 and got it last spring, but didn't get it built for Christmas last year.
