@@SuperPirolo Tal cual! Lo que me sorprendió en sustain... Afinación... Armónicos... Es increíble por el precio que se paga, en mi caso una M-600. Y encima es bellísima. Los pickups tremendos aunque son Duncan Design, una bomba.
yo tengo esa exactamente , igual la cort CR 250 rock , y suena muy aceptable , alomejor un dia invierto unos euris y le cambio las pastillas , pero ya te digo yo que no hace ni falta , para hacer un poco de ruido...... me sobra ,saludos
I have the Cort CR 200 and damn, it's so so awesome \m/. Epiphone LP standard was much better but with fretboard and the stress free playability of Cort won me over. Dig their guitars \m/
En mi país unas son económicas y otras por poquito se llevan dos salarios mínimos, y justamente las que me gustan son las que están caras en mi país 😂.
I've had the chance to play those two guitars. My vote is for the Cort cr250
After a point, I realized that I was focusing on the amazing solo rather than the tones...

I've been a "Strato" guy since I've started playing guitar, but a couple of years ago, I decided to give a chance to a Les Paul guitar type. I can't afford Gibson, and in my country, the Epihone's aren't as cheap as other countries.
But then a friend lent me his Cort 250 and I inmediately liked the sound, the wood, the confort at playing it.
I didn't have to save much to buy one. I took it to do some adjustments and It's worked for me nicely.
Visual and sound wise, i like the cort better. The epiphone pickups sounded a bit hotter than the cort. But that's what made the cort stand out for me because it sounded smoother. Put on a TS9 if needed then the cort will be a killer sounding guitar. :) good comparison video. Thanks for this.
Great way to hear the difference when you cut them in and out of the mix so seamlessly. Killer playing too. Personally, I like the Cort a little better
Epiphone for me bc it sounds darker and I like darker tone, but that Cort has mad chops in it. Gonna be looking forward to it and will def buy one!

250 is better
I have both. The Cort is far superior in build and quality control. The tone is dead even to my ears but the feel and look of the Cort is head and shoulders above the Epi. I don’t touch the Epi anymore.

Escucho más cremosa la cort, con más cuerpo. La épica suena más brillante pero muy delgado su sonido. Suenan bastante similar. Por lo que cuestan ambas, me iría por Cort.

Tengo una cort cr200 con pastillas Gibson Tony iommy en puente y prs hi tone en el mastil, la he calado con varias epiphone y se las lleva de calle. En construcción y acabados cort ha superado a varias marcas.

Very nice playing. Both sound very good. Would be interested in opinion on quality and feel of the guitars. I believe the Cort has a slightly more narrow neck.
This is unfair battle. The price range of cort 250 is almost double than the epi lp studio.
I prefer the sound of the Epiphone in this review. It just sounds a little warmer and rounder. Tone is always about what we all appreciate so there is no wrong choice.

Epiphone also has A LOT more sustain, you can tell just by the first slide and vibrato he does in the beggining of the solo
@@fabiobaldan556 Cort's pickup reduce sustain pretty much. I have the same kind of pickup on my pacifica 612 with seymour duncan pickup, it feels like there is built in noise reduction on the guitar which cut sustain

How do the neck profiles compare between the two? Is one option better for those with small hands? I'm currently undecided

Epiphone LP100 = Cort CR100
Epiphone LP studio = Cort CR200 (o CR150)
Epiphone LP standard = Cort CR250
Epiphone шикарно выглядит в отличии от сort, у эпифона более бархатистый мчгкий звук и долгий сустейн, гитара прям сама поëт, Cort по звуку и виду напоминает Terris.
I closed my eyes and try to hear the difference. Cort is brighter and cleaner while Epiphone darker and thicker (warmer).
They both have the advantage. They both look good, though the finishing seems Cort is better.
What I can not get the information is the feeling of the fretboard (smoothness).
This is a mismatch, I reckon Cort’s cr250 models are comparable to the Epiphione Classic Series, not this entry level. Even the hardware is not on the same category.

Cort sounds better to my ears.
I'm far not a pro in guitar, so just my opinion. The epi feels to me a little thinner in sound, and the cort a bit more blunt, articulate, and how beautiful is that finish is on CR!

really? I think it's great for the price but I was looking to get an agile 3200 or an epi lp studio, is cort cr 200/250 comparable to any of those?
Bliss Sense I know the Cort CR250 is hands down better in every way then any Epiphone I ever played. The new 2020 Epiphones are getting great reviews but I haven’t been able to locate them to try. I highly recommend the Cort because of the quality control is so far superior to Epiphone. You will get a flawless guitar from Cort. Just my opinion.

Cort has an edge personally is preferable. Sharp but great bass response when dipped into. All n all a close battle ,both are sweet machines.

Been looking at this in the background of the local shop. Ill have to get down there and play the epiph9ne 59 les paul, Cort 250 /300 and then the Gretsch jrjet P90.
I personally prefer the Cort. The differences are subtle and I believe he could make any guitar sound great. I believe the Cort is made in Japan and/or South Korea. Phenomenal playing!

That Cort has 0 sustain. And as for the looks, Epiphone has the exact same model (trans black).
cr250 is a bit more clear and brighter, but feels intonation is a bit off?
I think the EPIPHONE LES PAUL STUDIO has a brighter sound than the Cort CR250 TBK.
I also tried both guitars, and finally I bought the EPIPHONE LES PAUL STUDIO EBONY.

звук - дело важное, но еще интересен вот такой момент - удобство и качество сборки, доступ к самым верхним нотам, есть ли разница в гитарах?
У Cort модернизирована пятка грифа,очень удобная,на Epi такая же как на Gibson lp studio
