The two knobs on both sides works separately or together? What I mean is can I adjust lenses individually or will they move together. I wear spectacles and my eyes have different visions that's why I'm asking this. Does any VR headset support individual focal adjustment of lenses?
Thanks for the video, specially for the part where you said that Honor 6's gyro was not good. I got a Xiaomi Mi4 just to enjoy some VR, and it's gyro is not good either, it loses center when you move fast. I was planing on returning it to get a Honor 6 to try, but now I know I shouldn't :)
Currently I have only used G cardboard which for a taste of VR is pretty cool. This looks like the next step for me. Should work fine with my Nexus5...hopefully.
it works with all smartphone, just download the app homido center from Google play store, that being said, the quality on my cheap huwai phone is terrible, i still prefer to Watch videos in anaglyph 3D on my computer, if you have a DVD reader that can convert normal videos into 3D anaglyph, i personaly find this a better solution than these VR glasses
Do you really get immerged in the game that you play and do you actually feel like your in it? also does this headset suffer from some kind of tunnle vision?
Do you have a Moto G 2nd Gen to test? It has a gyro and a 720p 5 inch screen.. The gyro is a bit dogey, as it shakes a little when completely still, but i just want to use it for watching movies, so i could technically just lock it. Is 720p usable? Thanks

If you have used Google Cardboard, then i would say it is very similar in terms of field of view, etc. As marjin says in the other replies, yes, you can make out individual pixels but that is due to limitations in the resolution of the iphone 5 screen. To me, Google Cardboard looks _slightly_ better for some reason. Just slightly more immersive.

But if we wait then we will go for Cmoar, Impression PI, Ion VR, no need the mention the big guys Oculus, Sony Morfeus and HTC Vive. Homido just OK, it's Phone holder is nightmare to adjust, can scratch the phone, the foam is terrible as the beneath plastic keeps digging the nose. And it lets some light in from the strapes and nose area. I like the presentation in the video. Good job

We have to review the Homido in the context of mobile VR given its positioning, though agree with you in many respects, especially with regards to the HTC Vive and others (btekt.com/videos/32-htc-vive). One note, Homido suggests screen sizes of 5-inches and as we highlight in the review, 5.5-inch screens like the iPhone 6 Plus and LG G4 get cropped, just like you say. Looking forward to testing out the others you mention!
it worked! i was hoping it would becasuse i specifically googled a VR for iPhone 6 plus! but be careful getting it out,... it is so tight that it scratches the back of phone... personally i would not buy this one.. had i known it would scratch it i would have just rather paid more money and bought a different one. i paid 85.00 for this one on Amazon.. otherwise it works pretty good, the apps look good, but you have to remove the phone every time you want to change a game... no controller or controls on the side of the VR mask.. this is just my personal experience and opinion.. :)

You need 1080p, otherwise get a cardboard.

You can in theory, but the screen will be too big and so the corners will be cropped off your image.
